Called left a voicemail threatening legal action. Calls almost every week for months with the same message. At what point do these morons actually take legal action.

Have received calls from this number and similar others all claiming to be from eCapital regarding legal action against me. This has been going on for months with the same threats. Sometimes they use my maiden name (which is over 10 years ago). I believe they are related to chek systems who also calls regarding same thing. Never have correct info. Total scam.
