I have received multiple calls a day from that number for over a week now.I answered once and got nothing, not even someone breathing or music. They never leave a message on my answering machine, either. I don't answer my phone when I see unknown caller on the caller ID. If you are a verizon customer, call the unlawful call number at 1-800-518-5507 before 5pm EST Mo-Fr to report that number.

yes their doing this we recieved a call also today july 20 2007 someone reoport then to the better business burea of erie to see whats going on

SOMEONE CALLED MY MOM FROM THAT NUMBER BUT MY MOM GOT CHARGED FOR IT. NOONE ANSWERED THAT CALL. BUT  THEY WERE CHARGED .

THIS NUMBER WAS ON MY MOMS PHONE BILL AS THOUGH SOMEONE CALLED IT FROM HER HOUSE THERE ARE LIKE  8 OF THEM IN HTE SAME DAY.  I TOLD HER TO CALL THE PHONE COMPANY AND HAVE THAT REMOVED SO SHE DONT HAVE TO PAY IT. BUT THE THING IS WHY IS SHE BEING CHARGED FOR THEM CALLING HER?

This number has been calling my land line for the past couple days - once a day at least.  Has anyone been able to get them to stop?

I actually took the call this evening. It was just before 9pm.  I wanted to blast the person for calling so late.  Instead I heard a recording:  "You are receiving a call from the Committee of Missing Children. Please hold..." And Then I hung up.

Called once a day for the past several days.

I have been getting calls from this number as well. I refuse to answer because I suspect it's someone looking for a donation.  Been tons of them lately.

TO date we have received 6 phones call on our land line from this phone number. It rings approx 2 times and that it. I finally tried to call it today and it just rang. I believe that it is a Erie, PA cell phone number because I have the same pre fix and area code as this number for my cell phone. At first I just figured it was someone I knew who didn't leave message.

Ignore the caller type, thats a mistake on my part.

Dose anyone know exactly how to find these peope?

Did a little more research. The phone number seems to be coming from Erie, PA

rings once, hangs up

When I call this number back, it rings once, then it picks up and you hear about 2 seconds of on hold music, and then it disconnects. It does it every single time you call.
