Caller ID says "AUTOMATEDPROM" - No message

Got a call from this number tonight 10/11/11...phone rang 3 times, I picked up and no one answered. I called the number (815-217-2464) back (it was on my caller ID) to tell whoever it was that I am on the do not call registry and got this recording "The number you have reached..630-736-7024 has been disconnected." Wow..I don't get that at all.

If you really hate these types of calls, you too must buy a Digitone Call Blocker 10. When the call comes in the Blocker hangs up on them before my phone even rings. No I don't work at this company but I love mine and I really hate telemarketers and other crap calls like them.

shows on my missed call screens......
i am getting quite a few 'donation' call requests from numerous numbers recently.
They all sound like scams.... as someone else said above, they hang up when they are asked to identify themselves, or they are evasive, or rude.

They called twice this week asking if my husband was available. I politely said "no, may I ask who's calling", and they said no they would call back another time. I said, "No, I would like to know who's calling". And they hung up. How unbelievably rude. Not the way to lay groundwork for donations or whatever cause they are soliciting support for!

got a call 4/16 stated soliciting for deputy sheriff's assoc wanted commitment for donation. Hung up when I asked for mail brochure

Called this pm asked for me, my husband answered, said no she's not here this is her husband can I take a message, they hung up after a brief silence. Caller id said Auto Pro. Will not answer this number in the future.
