i keep getting calls from allen palmer - roger smith and calvin nash sayin that my social security number is under investgation because i have  judgements against it. he even call and said that his name was officer lee vance of jackson ms. police department and i no that was not true because i no mr.vance and said that he have a brench warent for my arrest .they call my job and talk bad to my boss they keep calling me over and over i have to cut my phone off to keep from getting fired. please tell me how to stop them.

I keep getting calls from this number. They guy has a very thick Indian accent, and says the cops are coming to my house or my work, my social security number has bad judgements against it. He calls over and over.

I had the same thing happen to me, this number has called me about 15 times today stating he was Officer Allen with a case filed against me and when I told him I had no idea what he was talking about he got irrate and said I pray for you and your family when the police come to your door and arrest you for the crime you committed fraud. I told him to bring it on because I have not done anything wrong and he started cursing me.  I hung up on him and he continuously calls leaving nasty messages on my voice mail.  I ignore the call he calls right back over and over again for a good 5 minutes.

This man with a foreign accent, or else his voice is being distorted, keeps calling my phone number repeatedly. Sometimes he will hang-up and call right back. He claims to be with the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and there is a complaint filed against me and my "social security number". He threatens to call my work, states the police will come to my work, I will get arrested and lose my job. I refuse to answer his phone calls since I know this is a scam. But it is very aggravating to continually get these calls non-stop, even when I am trying to sleep! Can't something be done about this?!

Someone by the name of Lee, called my Son and his Wife on September 14, 2011 from this number 8152800371 claiming that my Social Security Number is under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bueral, and that I need to get in contact with them right away or else they are going to be sending the police out to my home to arrest me for illegal use of my social security number.

OMG when is someone going to put an end to this place. I would understand if i did owe but really arrested. This is rediculous!! Why arent they arrested themselves. How do they get our number's.
Even if you tell them to stop they dont, i even told them i made a police report and said they are being recorded, they acted like they didnt even know who i was!!!

this number called me had an India accent saying they r from a criminal investigation with the state of illionos when asked for there address they became very rude and used foul language if anyone has any information on this please let me know thank you

I'm getting same calls to my house and my cell. Saying same old stuff and have the whitest names ever and haver huge Indian accent. So i called back and said I was my attorney. Said Its impossable to be charged with criminal charges because Payday loans can only take u to Cival Court by Law, which is 100% accuret. He then hung up onb me. I havnt had a call since.

An man with a thick Indian(?) accent is harrassing one of our employees with fraudulant accusations of monies owed. The same voice may have any number of common American names or even claim to be Officer Roger Smith With the Bureau of Crime investigation in Juliet, IL. I have contacted the local police and they have directed our employee to "file a fraud report" with them. I don't understand how this guy can continue to pull his scam from the same number using the same tactics without law enforcement stepping in.

I have been getting a call every week from same company saying I am getting arrested unless I pay for a loan I never took out ( Pay Day) THIS IS GETTING SO FRUSTRATING!! Ya they called me saying that I took a loan out for over a certain amount of money and that if I didn't resolve it they would come to my house and arrest me. They said they are from the Department Of Justice but they are calling from an IL number and we all know the department of Justice is in DC. They are a scam and they have a foreign accent and will call multiple times.

Company calls me REPEATEDLY day after day on both my cell number and my work number. The caller is the same foreign male, and he uses a different generic name every few days. He always claims to be an officer of the Justice Department and that there is a case against me and my arrest is eminent. I know this is not the case and have told him so, but he says I owe him over 5000 dollars. I have requested that he stop harassing me, and multilple times have been told he will take me off their "list". He then calls again a few days later under a different name. Sometimes when I confront him he begins swearing at me and gets very belligerent. Yesterday alone he called my work and home numbers at 9:35 am, 10:20 am, 12:21 pm, and 1:02 pm. I am in danger of losing my job if he continues to harass me at work, and I do not know what to do.

All I can tell you for sure is he uses the phone number 815-280-0371 and alternately goes by the name of Alan Jones or Alan Smith...or a million other variations of Alan. PLEASE HELP ME!
