A salesperson calls - claiming you have a "free gift" from a relative - then they will not return or accept a call if you try to cancel the demonstration of the "gift" (high pressure sales pitch. Caveat Emptor!

I did. Apparently they get a lot of complaints from this particular office in Illinois. The lady that answered asked me what number was calling me, I told her: 815-301-4066 (please note that they have several 815-301-xxxx numbers). She told me she was going to personally call that office and tell them to put me on a "Do Not Call List". (Of Course I wasn't too keen on giving them my phone number but I kinda had to.) And she also said she would be mailing me a letter to confirm our conversation, which would include her contact information and that I could call her if there were any further calls.
Apparently, the Rockford area office needs a phone call from the "Parent Company" stating not to call rather than you, yourself, telling the college student on the other end of the line to Stop Calling!

OK same deal it was freakin me out because I went in for some tests and now am suffering from stress due to the extra pressure this mo fo has put on me.

They called me right now. I am also on a do not call list and they call me repeatidly (spell?) every day 3-4 TIMES A DAY twice in the morning and twice at night but they blocked their number this time so I answered it (stupid me) The girl her name was "Katie" said she was with the Kirby company in crystal lake (I know many people who own kirbys they are way to expensive) and she was offering a free carpet shampooing supposedly its their way of advertising. I politely said "No, I do not have carpeting in my hole entire house" and she went on about how they could do furnature and area rugs I told her I didnt want to have someone in my house who I didnt know to wash my rugs or my furnature that I have a different company out and she kept pushing (I know she was just doing her job though) I politely said "I am so sorry that you have such an awful job but I am a very busy women and told her I had to get back to my children" who were in the bath tub at the time. She then said "I am sorry but I can make this quick for you" and I said "no thanks I have no intrest in having someone come in my home to clean my carpets" and she kept going so finally I said "Katie, Please transfer me to your supervisor so I can be taken off your list I am on the do not call list and you guys call me all the time I am trying to be polite with you I do not want you guys to come out now may I speak to your supervisor?" she then said well my supervisor is not in today and then TRIED TO SCHEDULE ME for the demonstration. I then YELLED "EITHER YOU GIVE ME THE NUMBER WHERE I CAN REACH YOUR SUPERVISOR OR I WILL CALL THE POLICE YOU ARE HARRASSING ME" She finally said "yes I'm sorry I am just doing my job", gave me the number, and said have a good night CLICK

Long story short: The phone number is (815)301-4100 she said it was the "main office number" and to call it in the morning if i would like to speak to her superviser no name or anything so i would give that number a call and ask to be taken off the list or what ever they use to get ur number

Oh yeah and they have about a billion different numbers they call you off of!

Calls once a day. Like others have noted, if you try to call back you just get a busy signal. Pissing me off - it's my cell phone!

This Person Calls my phone 4-5 times a week. When I try to call the number it comes up busy all the time. thanks for the update who this is.

A Kirby Salesperson called from this number to setup a free carpet cleaning, we tried calling back to cancel and they hang up on us. We repeatedly call the number and they repeatedly hang up on us.
