Well I have been getting calls from this company from several different numbers and I put them on the call reject list.  Looks like this has been going on for a while judging from the posts dating back several years, why have they not been reported yet.  Had someone call from the local area code, I have to answer because of business purposes to unknown numbers sometimes.  When the dippy person on the other end of the line said I received a free rug shampooing because a friend had one done and recommended me I knew right away it was baloney.  This type of crap has been going on for many years, nothing is ever free, believe me.  They still keep calling but when I see the area code I just ignore.

scumbag company called K & G Distributing, they lie to college students to hire them for their s****y telemarketing job selling kirby vacuums, extremely shady people. if you see a job posting from them ignore it! they are a***oles and scammers.

If at all possible, don't fall for the phone call where they tell you that they will clean your living room and one other room for free.  All they ask is that you fill out a 5 question survey at the end.  They asked me to remove anything from the floor that I could move and the 2 gentlemen who would come to steam clean the carpets would move the furniture.  They also told me this would take 1 1/2 hours.  It's not true!!  1 lady came and only had a vacuum cleaner.  She did not move any furniture and told me that I should get rid of the cleaning service I had because they were not doing a good job.  Hopefully, someone will read this information before inviting these people into your house.  I wish I had.

I worked for kirby for about 1 month. Im not a pushy salesman so i only sold one unit. after several full tanks and hours of demos. i made $75.00 and since i didnt meet the 12 demo mnimu i didnt get paid the $400.00 as advertised.

they call me and hang up...I called back and number is busy...

This person has called my phone twice in the last 24hrs.  No message left and no one answers when I call them back.  The number when looked up is a land line phone in Crystal Lake, IL.

This company sucks, they pretend to be positive but it's a giant scam. They still owe my daughter a paycheck after a month and a half.I think it's time to call the labor board.All it is is fake young ladies drinking red bull all day rewarding themselves with pretentious contests.(guess who wins, their friends.)then  after the  new employees run out of referrals they fire them, saying they are not being productive. When in fact this company would be dead in the water without all these teenagers contacts. Oh let's not forget their salesmen ,can I use ur phone to call my boss,every time you say no he would call the boss to pretend their going to make an exception and lower the price.EVERYONE can buy the 1800.00 vacumn for 800.00 by the end if the night.Kirby must be so proud of their distributors. I hope this wasn't their original business plan.

I worked for them for  long time. if you follow what they say you will make decent money. you cant be shy and stick with the program. ive made many bouneses on top of my hourly just wish i still lived in illinois cause id still be there

its a telemarketing company selling kirby vacuums. the machines are really awesome and they do a great job there trying to call u to set up an apointment to come out and give u a free demo. thell even shampoo a room of carpet for free for letting them out to your home

DO NOT TAKE THE JOB!!! i held this job last summer and it was one of the worst jobs i have ever had. you are in a room full of girls making constant phone calls, and your job is a telemarketer.  they dont tell you that you are a telemarketer, and the business is not what the make it seem like.  i was miserable after making 10 phone calls and having rude customers talk to me the way they did.  if you dont get the certain amount of appointments for the day or sales for the week you are threatened to pick up results or get fired.  this company goes through college students like they are never ending. i worked here for about a month and had new girls in the room EVERY day.  its not as easy as it sounds to book appointments. you read from the script that they give you and force you to nag the person until they eventually hang up on you or break down and make an appointment.  nice supervisors, but definitely NOT worth the $9 an hour

I just had an interview at K&G Dist. for a position in the appointment setting department. I'm assuming my advice is not to take the job. Anyone work in the department? Claim to sell on a ratio of 1 to 3 one vaccum to 3 calls. Only 9 dollars for first 30 days and 10 dollars an hour after. Advice please.

DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE.. they will say their giving you a free carpet cleaning but when they get there all they will do is try to sell the vacuum to you.. it's 1800 dollars it's not worth it.

KG Distributing is Kirby Vacuums. Someone gave your number to them and they are trying to set up an appointment to come to your house to try to sell you a Kirby. Kirby's are over $1200, FYI. Big waste of your time. Don't believe them when they say they are going to "clean your carpte for free" either. It's a crock.

This number has called me several times over the last few days, they hang up when I pick up, and if I don't pick up they do not leave a voicemail. They will not pick up when you call them eiher. Not sure who's number it is but they have been calling a few of my firends also, anyone know?
