Called back this number and received Rosemary from ARM solutions.  Appears to be a debt collector; had wrong number.

called 3 times today dont answer dont know number and they never leave message  screw people like this. somewhere out of joilet IL.

Very rude collection or sales co of some sort.  Call 3 times a day, does not leave messages, and when you answer they will not tell you who they are untill you verify a bunch of information.
