Probably a small business you ordered something from...I just ordered from Dell Alpe  and was confused to see a charge from Eye Level Solutions...they just provide the "business end" for on line ordering for small companies.

Ordered online from The Shak BBQ in MS - EYE LEVEL SOLUTIONS was the company used to process the transaction.

I also have a charge on my bank account from "Eye Level Solutions", it is for $67...I don't know what it could be for though...in reading the posts, I see Celestial Seasonings, but I don't drink nor would I order that much tea!!!!

I challenged the charge and had new CC issued, and then I found this site.  I totally forgot about the purchase I made on the Lawry's site.  Oops!

i ordered a sample package of Quaker Oats products and the charge for $25 showed up on my credit card as ''Eye Level Solutions''

No phone call but on CC bill ... this was a purchase from TerraChips.com

Also got a charge on my credit card. Did a search of my e-mail archives for the amount and it was a purchase from D.L. Jardine's Online Food Store. Very confusing, I agree!

Did a search and found this site with the same issue. Also had a bill on my CC with "Online Store Delivery" Just went looking to see if my bill was legitimate. Turns out my receipt says "EYE LEVEL SOLUTIONS of ONLINE STORE DELIVERY" in which I ordered from "Your Fantastic Foods Online", food items. Good Grief. HOW confusing is that! They really need to fix that. But heck, why should they want to make it easy for any of us. They would much rather get Chg Backs. LOL

It was on my cc as well.  I finally figured out that mine was from Ëye Level Solutions - for a Better n Peanut Butter order.

I questioned my credit card statement regarding an Online Store Delivery, and fortunately had printed out a receipt for some specialty-type food from QBF Foods and on the receipt it indicated the charges on the credit card would as 'Online Store Delivery' so they are legitimate.

It is also Sweet Leaf teas.

The number is for Celestial Seasonings; I just bought some things from them and the charge shows up as "Online Store Delivery" with the phone number 815-372-4483

Health Valley's online store is also fulfilled by this company.

I have a bill on my credit card that is unknown to me and it lists this phone number and "Online Store Delivery"

Calls to the number put me in a voicemail loop.

This is also Celestial Seasoning's on line tea store.

This is Lawry's (Adolf's). Also Gator Aide and other brands of food items.
