Just rec'd a cell phone call from Pam at this number saying she was from a credit union and that they needed me to press one  to reactivate a debit card due to a billing error.

This is my second call but from a different number.  They told me they were IAA credit union in both calls.

I received a call from the same number and we live in IL.
We didn't callback or accept the call.

They just tried to call me too and I'm on the west coast. i called my bank and any other credit card company i have to let them know.

I got the same thing, i called the # back from a landline and they are a liget web comapny called oglacom, and have been getting reports from over 1,000 people since Monday stating the same thing, apparently some Phishing scam decided to steal their #. Hopefully nowa days people are not so gullable to fall for this kind of stuff.   Good Luck to you all.  O and apparently its all East coast #'s that they are calling

I just called this number into my Credit Union and talked to an executive that said the FBI and another international law agency is deeply involved with this scam and have been for a long time.  These agencies know how these calls are generated, where they are coming from and who and how the system is organized.  The Credit Union said there are MANY credit unions involved.  The scammers system masks the caller ID from legitimate companies.  You can find more information on "reporting telemarketing crimes" here:  http://www.identitytheft101.org/resources/Links.html

They just try to get you on the phone to get personal bank info...classic, it was Hanscom Federal credit Union btw, sorry for the typo.

I got the call too.  So obviously a hoax.

I am with the company whose number is being used.  The callerid is being faked and causing quite the headache for us.

The voice recording said my debit card had been frozen due to billing error and to oress one for the security department. It was not a bank I use
