Really annoying call from this number. I heard a long recorded message of backgroundnoise from telemarketing office. It costs me money per call on the number they called.

Hopefully registering on the Do Not Call Registry will end such things

it is a call center in India!  They represent a number of companies, but i have no idea why they were calling.

Someone from dell offering a training course.

Voicemail message very unclear so I called back 2X keeps ringing than busy.

Got a call 3 days in a row at about the exact time, did not answer it but no VM either.  Who is this?

these guys will be toast with caller ID blacklisting just like SPAM filters for your phone.

answered the call.  sounded a lot like either a nude woman or a parakeet eating peanut butter.  Gave them my VISA number and received phone numbers of local janitors by mail.  Met them all for lunch last week.  We had salads with motor oil and fried clams for dessert.  

DO NOT>  I repeat, DO NOT put your fingers in a blender while sleeping.  This can cause female whining and ugly rumors.

I didn't pick the phone up... I know it is a magizine subscription.

Keep getting this one call me on my cell. When I answer I get nothing but dead silence.

Got a call from this number and said they would call back regarding a white paper.  Wouldn't leave their name.

This call was from a call center, probably in India. I did pick up the call and speak to the rep - my particular call was on behalf of Dell for a free whitepaper, and they asked a ton of questions.... what a waste of time! Agh!

Call the number back and ask them to remove your number from their telemarketing list. Have them repeat the number back to you. They informed me that it will take 24 hours to process.

Same issue, calls a few times a week, to my cell, then hangs up.

I called back and spoke to a live person (!) with an Indian accent.  She informed me that the number is a call center, representing a variety of advertisers.  (I figure it's a US number forwarded to New Delhi, India.) I requested that my number be removed from the list and she said she would remove it within 24 hours.

I am also receiving calls from this number: 815-506-4291.
Tried to call back and no one answers...

I am from the IT field and subscribe eWeek Magazine and some CA newsletters, it seems that the calls are associated with them.

I receive calls from this number every day it seems.  3 and 4 times a day.

This number called me and asked for a man's name. I told them they had the wrong number. Then they repeatedly asked to speak with the "owner of this phone number". I asked who was calling, and they mumbled something about some type of educational services or accounts. When they kept pressuring me to identify myself, I told them I have an unlisted an unpublished phone number and to take my name off their solicitation list. They were still asking to speak to the "owner of this phone number" when I hung up on them. You could hear many voices in the background, so I think it was from a "boiler room" type organization.

I have received a call every morning about 10:00 am for about a week.
Never a message. Checked this website to see other people's
reactions. Thanks to all of you, I will call to get off list!

Called them, would not identify themselves other than "Call Center", however, DID say they would remove my number within 24 hours.

I Was getting daily calls from 5033341620, I blocked that #. Then a private number kept calling me with the same behavior. Now this # keeps calling me doing the same exact thing.

I got a call from (815) 506-4291, listed as IL, USA.  There was no reply and then they hung up.  It is possible it could be a wardialer looking for modem / fax connections.

called me on my work line today, left message that was 30 seconds of heavy breathing and then hung up!  What is wrong with people these days?  Someone needs to come up with a way to go after these whack jobs!

Looking back in caller ID they called 7/30/2009 Answering machine no message.
It is good to know where they are if you sue. FCC

No voicemail was left when this number called me, when I called back, the phone rang several times, then went busy. Hmmmmmmmm
