I received this call...straight scam..I knew to come to google and check the number. Anyone calling and asking to speak to you or an attorney without first send your mail correspondance is full of you know what.

File an electronic complaint (tip/public lead form) with the FBI of your state. File a complaint with the FCC. Google Statute of Limitations for whatever state that you live in. Talk to an attorney. Do not pick up the telephone to any number that you do not recognize.

I got the same call today as well. claiming to be a law office sayin im bein sued for a payday loan the man had all my info an thats scary!!!

A male voice called me from this number at my work place. He left me a message to call him back "with your lawyer". I will not be calling this number back and will be reporting it.
