My old outdated TracFone does.  I guess I should get up to date.

V12709164300402 calls and tries to sell insurance. I am on Do Not Call List. They said I signed up online for insurance. I did NOT! They won't stop calling. I know it's a scam since they don't have their company name in the caller ID. It lists V12709164300402 as the company name. The phone number is 815-687-8483 which is an Illinois exchange. But you can't *69 or redial that number, because it ends up being a non-functioning number, so they are shielding their identity and number

815-687-8483 pushing Obamacare bad coverage, high deductible, & it mandatory covers "sex change operations" that is called for in Obamacare. This coverage and law are a piece of crap and now they got tele-marketers calling non-stop. They hide name of company by listing it as V12709164300402

SCUM BAGS. Stupid robo calls. I would love to get these a$$ holes personal phone numbers so I could give them about a thousand calls. Most hated people on earth. STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Phone Numbers 815-687-8483 and 726-611-1214 call several times a day. No Message is ever left. Both are to sign me up for insurance that I already have. Told them to take me off their list. Continuing to tell them to do so every time. Annoying.

Rec'd call on 11/14 @ 1:31pm CST & no message was left.  ID said it was 'medical services'.  Your guess is as good as mine.

Constant calls about insurance, I have asked them to stop, and they continue to call me for a year.  My number is on the do not call registry.

Received a call yesterday and today about the same time on my cell. Since it's an area code +# I don't recognize, I don't answer. These spam calls are becoming more frequent and annoying - that's why I hate to give out my number, as it ends up being sold to telemarketers.

I keep getting the call also.  They hang up as soon as I ask who it is.

I looked around the internet and found that the number is serviced by Rcn Telecom Services Of Illinois, LLC - Chicago, Illinois.
Their customer service number is (800) 746-4726.

After pressing 0 countless times, I got though to customer service.  I filed a complaint.
The guy could not look it up since he handles residential and it appears this is a business, but the took the information and said he is sending it up for review.
I gave my number and asked for a call back.

I suggest everyone call RCN to complain about the phone number.

Health care insurance.  Called on my cell phone. Told person on phone that number called was on the no-call list.   Guess we are going to get many of these health insurance calls, many of which turn out to be scams.

Got a call earlier today. It rang twice and they ended the call. Called back later, I answered the phone and nobody was there. Caller ID says "medical services". I called them back and the line was busy. What's this all about? I get tons of calls from parties where nobody is on the other end.
