I received numerous calls from various numbers . It was alive call from Chirs Harris or Jennifer. They insist I am this Bridget somebody or know her. When they call they are accusatory rude and yell at me to cleanup my messy paydayloans. I HAVE NEVER HAD A  LOAN FROM THEM!!!!!!! They won't listen and won't stop calling. They call from different numbers. I went to a website and went to a chat with reps .I told them if I heard from one more of their reps I would report them to the authorities. For about a week or two I hadn't until just about an hour ago. I wasn't kidding with them. I have been harassed for about a month. What I have dealt with is a live person each time. I got this new number and yes I could change it but these people would continue with anyone  that gets this number. Verizon told me the only thing I can do to end this is go to the authorities and I am .

Call Franklin directly ((888) 908-0022), be polite, and ask to speak to Chris Harris. I nicely told them that Chris keeps bothering me, and to take me off their list. They did (well, said they did - time will tell!)

Woodstock, IL - all "Chris Harris" persona. Voice will answer that the company is "Payday Help Center" but won't give any more info.

I keep getting calls from this person- I'm on a do not call list.

Robo-Call claims says his name is Chris Harris and he'd like to help you with your Pay Day loan.

i called him back, some scam about interest rates or something.

Gotten a call from that number of 815-687-8499 early on today wasnt here to pick up the phone figure they whould leave a message but they did NOT. So I decide to call them back up and the reply I gotten was sorry nobody can take your call at this time good bye then they hang up. I been getting nonstop calls from different numbers last few days for payday loans which is very annoying when they call and when you tell them NO that you do NOT want a payday loan they hang up then few hours later call you back and when you answer it and they know its the same person they talk to early on they hang up on you without saying anything lol.

I usually call these numbers back especially to tell them to take me off the call list. This is a service for loans or like a consolidation company. Definitely a SCAM.

I gotten a call from this number as well. I missed the call. They did not leave a message. Also, if they call again they will miss me again. I have better things to do. I don't have time for chris harris and whoever his friends are.

They even call law enforecment agancies and do not realize the are being investigated!!!

2 calls today - I didn't answer the 1st and no message, answered the 2nd call but no one on the line...awesome to pull this up and see my suspicions confirmed!  It looks like it is making the rounds around the country!  Thank you everyone for posting!

got 6 calls in two days, no msg. don't know what they want

Has called my cell phone repeatedly over the last few days. I've actually resorted to screening my calls before answering.

It's a loan company called FRANKLIN SERVICES (WWW.FRANKLINTODAY.COM).

I'm in the DO NOT CALL LIST but obviously these people don't care.  Chris Harris is an automated BOT,.

Calls don't stop until you either speak to a real person past Chris "BOT" Harris -OR- have them reported to the FTC and BBB if you must.  

There is a point in which multiple solicitations stop being just that and become harassment.

They are a PAY-DAY loan company or something.  They're called FRANKLIN SERVICES (WWW.FRANKLINTODAY.COM)  Thought I share the website so that everyone can do what I'm going to do.  Report their annoying calls to the FTC and BBB.  I am in the DO NOT CALL LIST but obviously they don't care.  Show them how much YOU care by reporting them as well.

After at least 5 calls I finally picked up.  It's a Robo call.  Says his name is Chris Harris and he wants to "help you with your pay day loan."  It's a live person.  A live person NEVER comes on the line

Missed call from 8156878499 on my cell.  No msg.  Called back and got a recorded "Chris Harris" wanting to save me money on a payday loan or some bs like that.  Hung up.  Left call type as unknown but may be SMS-whatever that is.

Got a call-bomb from this number, as well as a few others (will add below). Received 5 calls, once a minute, from all three numbers, which nearly got me to throw my phone out the window.

I used an App on my phone to pick up, send a message, and hang up. My message for these three numbers is "I'm on the DNC List and will file a complaint." Scary enough, my log shows that I still got 10 more calls that were blocked before it stopped. With that, I filed a complaint with the DNC Registry.

who ever these scamers are  they also call from 916 500 4383 always clamis to be chris . I cant get them to stop calling me. theirs also a laid she never gives out her name .  my husband applied for a pay loan online and im guessing that's how they got my number

This number has called me three times - twice yesterday and once today. When I answer they hang up. When I called back I got the same weird "Hello this is Chris Harris" message. I blocked the number on my phone so hopefully it will stop, but very strange and annoying.

This number called me and said he was Chris Harris and something about payday loans. Asked him who he was calling and he hung up. called the number back and he hung up. This needs to stop !

Here's what I did, after receiving two calls from them last Tuesday & two more on Wednesday, none of which left messages, at approximately 5:31pm CST, I called the number back.  I heard what turned out to be an automated message meant to sound like an actual person.  The message said hello, this is Chris Harris, I understand you have some messy payday loans, correct? So I played along. It was really weird, there were pauses & everything like a regular phone call.  

After a couple minutes he said he'd transfer me to a representative who could help me further & even kept me on the line by making sure I was still there, very strange.

The operator soon picked up the phone & repeated how she could assist me with my troubles.  I could hear the other telemarketers in the background.  I noticed that she did not have a foreign accent.

I politely said to her that her company solicted me, that my number is on the do not call list & to please make sure that I'm removed from their database.  And if I were to be contacted again I would file an official complaint.

She confirmed my phone number, apologized & then I ended the call.  No fuss no muss, no shouting, no rudeness.

The duration of the call was five minutes & ten seconds & well worth the effort to get a chance to request that they remove my number from the list.

I called back later that night just for giggles & got a different message this time saying that nobody is available to take my call & the call was disconnected.

It's been five days now & I haven't heard a peep, so I think I'm in the clear.

Good luck everyone, don't despair, just be persistent to get to a live person & it'll work out.
