Received a text message saying my credit union account is temporarily locked. Who is sending this message? Sounds like a scam?

I got the same text msg twice.  It looked like this:

"tmomail@tmomail.net / / Notification :Credit Union Account temporarily locked.
Call at
8157682276"

First was from 388-8 then from 357-1 and both told me to call that number.  I didn't call but I called my bank and they said it wasn't from them so this is def a scam.

Recieved numerous texts from tmomail@tmomail.net
Message reads: Credit Card is temporarily locked. Call 5133184671.
How do I stop it?!?

Got 2 text messages from this number telling tham my Credit Union account hass been locked.
Suspected a scam and never called back.
It came from tmomail@tmomail.net
Is there is anyway to stop them????

Absolutely!  This needs to be stopped.  I feel sorry for the people that don't realize its a scam and fall for it...

Got the text 4 hours ago too ... Tmobile needs to d osomething about this.

I received the same message.  I don't have a Credit Union account.  DEFINITELY A SCAM.

Credit Union Account Temporaily locked. Call 8157682276. I call T-Mobile they call the number. The recording states you need 3 forms of ID to verify who you are and you should enter you credit card number. IT'S A SCAM.

This is a scam. T-mobile should find out how this scam text was sent out from T-mobile mail account.

FMB is Farmers and Merchants Bank- and I don't have an account there to be locked.

When i called an automated voice asked for my 16 digit card number, which i did not provide.  I also checked my bank account online and it was not locked.  How did they know who my bank was?

Then the automated response on the phone asks for my 16 digit card number which I hastily gave... not.
