This number calls twice a day. I pick up every now and then but they don't say anything quick enough so I hang up. Maybe next time I'll answer and tell them I need to go get my bill and then just leave them hanging.

I too have been getting several of these calls per day.  I've asked to be taken off the thier call list to no avail.  I've finally blocked their number...:)

Received this call (815-918-419 - CUST SERV) Claimed to be ComEd. Mentioned that they were aware that I may not have anticipated their call and would wait while I retrieved my bill so that I could we "walked through" the statement and circle the savings they were talking about. Scam? Not sure I can clearly state a "Scam" (didn't go any further; hung up -- I don't have ComEd :-) ) But they had my name & address correct (dialing from a phone book assume). The caller became a little irritated when I told him that I would just wait to see the 10% savings on my bill and that it was not necessary for me to have it pointed out. :-)

call was labeled on Caller ID as Cust Serv. Claimed due to Illinois law change they were eliminating fee and service charges from ComEd Bills. They then wanted me to start giving them information off my ComEd bill so they could get started saving me 10% per month. I suggested it was a scam call, they laughed said it most certainly wasn't and told me they were sorry I felt that way. We then hung up.
I proceeded to call ComEd customer service at 800-334-7661 to verify information from the call. ComEd said there is nothing like that going on with them, and it was indeed a false claim.

Called them back. The lady to answer said they were from Eligo Energy with the claimed intention of helping me save 10% off my future bills. I'm not the account holder so no more information was given to me.

I AM SOOOOOOOOO DAMN SICK AND TIRED OF THESE SCAM CALLS AND PEOPLE SAYING THEY ARE WITH COM ED AND THEY ARE NOT! THEY NEED TO KNOCK IT THE F*** OFF AND LEAVE PEOPLE THE HELL ALONE!
