I am getting calls from this number from a Lena wanting my mom to call her back regarding a "personal business" matter.  My mom has been dead for 6 months....I don't think she's going to be calling Lena back.  I called the number she left back and left a voice mail on someone else's inbox, I wasn't friendly.

The phone number is that of Creditors Protection Services, Inc., in Rockford, IL

Got a phone call from this number on my answering service and the caller did not identify who she worked for or company she represeted.  Just saud, please call so and so at 815-964-3087.

I called the number the next day and said so and so doesn't live here and what is the name of your company.    The lady got mad at my asking my question and stated "you have already told me the person I called about is not at your number, why do you think you have the right to ask me what company I represent?  I said you called my number and I did not hear what name the receptionist said when she answered the phone.  The lady said:  "this is a private buisiness matter and that is all that O have to say to anyone.  I backed down and said, "Sorry that I asked".  The lady hung up.   I looked up collection agencies in the local phone book, but this number was not listed, BUT it was listed on the internet.  My advise is to stay awy from these rude and arrogant people.

I get calls from 815-964-5378 but she tells me caller id should say 815-964-3087 she tells me her name (which I'm drawing a blank on, but wasn't any of the namess previously mentioned, maybe mary) I don't get a call from them too often, once a week or every other week. But I have NEVER used physicians immediate care EVER. So there's no way possible I could owe them anything.

Just received a call and left a msg "personal matter" and YES they can be MORE specific ~ for example ~ This is Jane Doe from Physicians Immediate Care with regards to a personal matter, please contact our offices at xxx-xxx-xxxx. Thank you ~ not that hard ~

Caller identifies herself as Olivia Green, leaves a sarcastic message that her calls must be returned.  She doesn't state what the purpose of the call is or where she is calling from.  I'm not calling anyone back that doesn't leave the proper information!

Get calls from Susan McCoy trying to collect on bills from the hospital that are for someone else. She hangs up when you tell her the conversation is recorded, and she is illegally contacting you at work. Not real helpful, but she is a real f------ winner.

This number has called my home phone and refuses to say anything.

Oliva Green calls and is very rude, when I ask her what I owe money for she says she doesnt know or cant tell me.. Sorry if you dont know Im not paying you anything.

if she is calling from a collection agency she cant state the nature of her call on an answering machine or voicemail because its against the law.  if you owe a bill,just pay it and you wont receive collection calls,simple as that.

If they call you at work its a violation of federal law

I dont think that ANY collection company has the right to harass a person with DAILY (sometimes SEVERAL DAILY) calls to collect a debt. As far as Im concerned thats harassment. We had one way back in 97 actually tell us dont pay your other bills, just pay us. I couldnt believe my ears! Some of these people don't even care if you CAN'T pay due to financial difficulties.

Hey moron? Did you EVER stop to think that maybe there are circumstances that prevent on time payment to the ORIGINAL creditor? Not everyone is avoiding paying their bills on purpose you idiot! I know cuz my husband and I have been in that situation before. We had a choice of paying our utilities or our car bill and with little ones at home we HAD to pay the utilities and unfortunatly there wasn't money left to pay the other bill without sacrificing the ONLY money we had left that was our FOOD money. Are you suggesting people like us go without food to pay a bill?? You MUST be daft in the head if you think yes on that. Stop to consider people's situations before you make idiotic assumptions like yours!

The call is from a collection agency from Physcian's Immediate Care. I didn't get upset with her because it was my fault. I moved and completely forgot about it. I asked if I could wait until my next payday and she said that was fine, she'll mark it down and call me back then. She seemed pretty nice to me. But then again they always sound nice when they don't have to drill you so much for payment. Lol! I admit they can get pretty ugly sometimes even when ur trying 2 fix things. But I have to agree with the other guy when he said that if we just pay the bill that is supposed to be paid, then things wouldn't get so nasty. ...and I also agree that there are exceptions to every rule and mistakes are made on there part. If they only realized that one of the reasons people don't like to answer the phone is because we know what we did or why their colling and are in the mists of fixing the problem. We don't need to be threatened and bullied just because they landed a job that allows them to vent their frusterations when they didn't get any the night before...Lol! ...just saying.

I work in the medical field accounts receivable.  There are people out there that think their insurance has paid a balance because for one reason or another have never gotten a bill for a specific balance.  So it's not cut and dried nor simple.  My suggestion is to follow up on the phone call and if you feel it's a scam, report the business to the better business bureau and/or the states attorney as one person said.  If the person you call back treats you badly or refuses to send you any information on the balance they're trying to collection from you, that sends up a big red flag to me right away.  If they can't send you any information on the balance then by all means, DON'T PAY THE BALANCE, and tell them this.

Calls came from 815-964-7265, 815-964-5823, and 815-964-3087 Names left where from Kelly Sanders and Ms. Williamson.  It was a call for Physcians Immdiate Care collection agency (or an agency that Physcians Care hires to collect bills.  They stated I owed $758 for a bill - #1 I have insurance, #2. I have never had a medical bill that expensive only because I and my family are foutunate enough not to be that sick, and #2 I don't go to physcians care for promt service.  I go to OSF for ALL of my service since I moved here 9 yrs ago.  Kelly Sanders stated that I DO OWE THEM AND WOULD BE BEST FOR ME TO FESS UP AND PAY IF I WANT TO KEEP MY JOB AND HOME. - I said, Ok, hung up and called my states attony. office.  She wasnt to bright because she called me at work where all of our calls are recorded and monitored.  I work at a health care facility and we have collections here also, we have never talked to a customer that way and never will... and our customers owe 10 thousand and more!  CPS is a rip off and a company that I will get SHUT DOWN!

They aren't ALLOWED to be more specific because if someone else hears the message (from an answering machine) then they know you are in collection and what would you rather have? A private call back to find out the information, or people who have no business in your house knowing you are in collection????  

There is a really super easy solution: PAY YOUR BILLS BEFORE THEY GET PLACED FOR COLLECTION.  

Guess what people, if you receive goods or services from someone, the RIGHT THING TO DO is pay.  It's pretty simple, really.

And has a bad phone manner. I say leave the attitude at the door on the way to work.

I don?t care if it?s their job. But if you?re going to leave a message and you want the call returned they should be more specific as to why they are calling. These people call sometimes and they try to act like they have known you forever to trap you into calling them back. OR!! You call them back out of courtesy and they treat you like crap and don?t let you get a word in edge wise. Neither they nor anyone have the right to disrespect anyone over the phone. Collection personnel are not very professional if you ask me.

It is from Physicians Immeadiate Care a collection agency.  Just call them back they are pretty nice.  In my case it was a misunderstanding.
