Caller said he wanted to make arrangements for delivering the "medical alert system" I had ordered. I never ordered one. I told him I was on the Do Not Call list, to take me off his list, and not to call me again.

Lol it wasn't even a real person talking. It's a recording.

This company has been calling me for months.  Selling alert systems.  Claim that its been paid for by a friend, etc.  No mention of monthly service charge.

Same experience as the others on here.'Just hung up .They call constantly.

Recieved a call from this number at 8:45 p.m. on Friday eve.  This is about the 25th call which starts out that they want to make arrangements for the delivery....each time I hang up at that point.  Now that I have a phone ID # I can delete it as soon as it comes in.  I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST...
I BELIEVE THAT YOU CAN SUE FOR MONEY WHEN THEY CALL YOU.

Same as StopCallingMe from above: Old sounding guy goes like he is speaking live, says "someone" paid for the system and shipping and all we need to do is schedule shipment. Really MAD that they seem to be targeting seniors. Shame on you A-holes! Hope they can be stopped. BTW, caller ID says out of area, however phone shows our area code...

This person called and insisted that some one had written othem and signened me up for  free life alert system to be installed in my home. I was insistant that some one would of told me from my family member they would of told me they had ordered it, and no one had, and he  just kept telling me  that I had a free system, shipping pre  paid and to press button 1 to get more information. I hung up.

It seems everyday this guy/company calls me, same old drone like recorded message that at first leads you to believe it is a live person that is invading your aural sense with this dribble.
How on earth do you sleep at night knowing you are annoying people enough to write on this post about what a slime ball you are. Please exit through the door you were NOT invited into. Peace

I just received a call from this number saying that my Life Alert system was free and already paid for, as well as the shipping.  I was to press 1 to get my system, so I hung up and they called right back!  SCAM.

Everyday I receive unwanted calls! It is horrible and annoying. People had nothing to do?! Look for really work and then you are be happy!!

Constant calls from this number offering me a life alert system..prepaid. What a deal. I block these scammers but then they call from another number.  Like above posts,I don't answer and have reported them to no avail.Do  Not Call is useless.

  This rip off company is trying to make you think that you ordered a "I've fallen, and can't get up" system. If they were in driving distance, they would fall and can't get up". They will be reported to the Madison County sheriff's department and let them contact someone who can stop this once and for all.

"this is John from the warehouse calling............................."  Medical alert scam.  I block the phone number but they call the next day from another number.  This has become as annoying as Rachel from cardholder services was.

Got call from this number and did not answer since I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.

The only way to get these lowlife medic alert for seniors scammers off our backs, and to prevent others from being taken advantage of, is to spread the word of them to family and friends.

These people are bull dogs and don't take you off the list. It keeps people from answering the real calls for fear it is these pests. I haven't had any luck stopping them either.

Have received about 10 calls from this deceptive outfit.  Real scam targeting the elderly.

I keep reporting this same company who harrasses me with calls every evening from a different Illinois phone number.  They say say are shipping an Emergency Alert system.  This is very annoying and it must be illegal.  I don't understand why it cannot be stopped?

They keep bothering! why nobody intervenes? how can we involve some police to stop this?

GETTING PHONE CALLS LIKE CRAZY FROM CRAZY RAMBLING PEOPLE.  DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE FROM THEM.  HORRIBLE HARRASSING CALLS.  REPORTED TO THE DO NOT CALL LIST 5 TIMES ALREADY WITHIN WEEKS.

Just got a call,  person stated they were from the shipping department and needed to schedule an appointment.  Even thou I said I never ordered this, they kept on talking like I didn't know that it was ordered, until I just hung up and then told my local police.  Someone more senior than me might fall so it.

There is a wonderful, very thorough article concerning the medic alert scam in the current (July-August) issue of the AARP Bulletin that everyone should read! There is no doubt that people who read the article would not be scammed. It needs to be widely disseminated to as many people as possible.

Recorded message was left, stating that I had a medical alert system waiting to ship, and all I had to do was press "5" to schedule the delivery.
The system has already been paid for, along with the shipping.
