Your right, they break the law. Just let them keep doing it, and keep your evidence, you can turn the tables and sue them. I have a friend that they went into her bank account and stole her money, not much but they took it without her permission, lying that she said so. She's taking them to court. If you want to get them, call Dean Malone or Budd Hibbs. They will take your case. They are good and you can walk away with thousands of dollars. I don't care if you do owe money, most people that owe, would pay if they could......they took a chance when they gave you the money. I'm sure you intended to pay them back but that is no reason for you to be harassed and lied to by these devils....stand your ground. Get a lawyer, most lawyers will take your case upfront without any money. When they win the case then they take a percentage, its worth it, even if you just get al ittle bit you have beaten these guys....No one deserves to be treated like some of these debt collectors and matter of fact, yhou don't even owe the debt collector. I will NEVER PAY A debt agency, if the original creditor doesn't take, they don't get paid.

First of all its aganist the law the call and harrass people..7 times a day is harrassing.  Get ahold of federal trade and report and consumer affairs.  Write them a formal letter stating they are no longer aloud to call and they have to abide by it.

This company has called my home not less than 11 times a day over the past week.  Each time I have answered, there is nothing but dead air.

Upon reading the last post, I too filed a complaint with the FCC.

I know factually that I have no existing collection accounts that they would be seeking me for, nor any members of my household.

I work from home and their continued interruptions are beyond annoying.  I only wish I had a robo dialer to return the favor and annoy them with my own pre-recorded message :)

Debt Collector
This is a debt collection agency.  They called me repeatedly over several months and I either did not answer, or hung up after the instructions said "if this is [person's name] please press 1.  If this is not [person's name], please hang up."  I got sick of the repeated calls so I finally just pressed 1.  The person I spoke to was very nice about it and removed my number from their records.  No more calls.

Caller ID is Unknown Name. A Landline.  O'Fallon MO. Delta Outsource Group, PO Box 1210, O Fallon, MO 63366-9010 Telephone 800-364-1895 Jim Peacock (President) This number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account. Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment. Many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information. This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to. Note: Insight Services is affiliated with Delta Outsource Group.

Jewel,
Send by USPS, a certified cease and desist letter with signature return request to them.  By Law they have to stop or face about $1,000.00 per call in a law suit by you. If you don't owe them, or in anyway  responsible for the debt they are trying to collect, don't put up with their harrassment.

Stop Swilling for these *******.
You might tell your employer that I'm charging $1200. per call.  Don't laugh, our local small claims court has issued a judgement against another telemarketer making unsolicited calls.

They must have changed A LOT then.  Most friendly people I've EVER dealt with regarding an old debt.  Called a lot until I finally was able to get back in touch.  I was ready to make a settlement offer higher than what they offered on the first time!  I was about to offer $500 and they offered up 424.  Super polite.  Maybe its different personnel or management, but I was sort of shocked given how other collection agencies have treated me.

CS, Delta Outsource Group has called my company numerous times from various numbers. When I reply with the company greeting, the caller hangs up. Those are known as dead air calls, which are automated calls used by scammers (please refer to the FCC website).

If Delta Outsource Group had a legitimate purpose in calling businesses, there would be a live person on the other line asking to speak to a specific employee, or to someone in accounts payable. The fact that Delta Outsource Group even has employees on this website, intended to help people identify unknown callers, slandering other posters who offer information certainly does nothing to ensure people of DOG's integrity.

You're probably upset because you got fired. No big deal but it's sad to see you spread lies because YOU were a bad employee. Delta Outsource Group is a collection agency, they aren't paid to be nice they are paid to get people to pay their bills. Think about it. It's an honest company and legitimate collection agency. Pay your bills and they won't call you.

I'm a lawyer.  I was contacted by Delta Outsource Group.  They did not tell me what the matter was about. They had already called my mother.  She was scared by their called.  I will not tolerate this kind of tactic.  I plan to sue them under the federal law, Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCA).  They will pay for their predatory practices.  You may contact me at Timothy C. Lamb, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 5562, Grand Forks, ND 58206-5562.

I used to work for delta outsource for a short period but quit because they broke the law constantly by not following the FDCPA and I personally didn't want to get sued and yes they are very rude. Remember you can sue this company for not following the laws even for not veryifing who you are thru social security # and address or not giving you the mini miranda or for threatening you with a law suit unless they know for sure they are going to sue you and they don't  know that it just a way to scare you into paying.

I called the number back and the recording says it is Delta Outsource Group as stated in another post. However, Delta is located in O'Fallon Mo., which is by St. Louis. This number is listed as "Certified Transmission & Clutch" in Kansas City, MO. Just on the safe side, DO NOT give them any information. Have them contact your attorney if they need any info! I am contacting Delta myself today to verify if this legit or not. I will again post later.

Ok-sh*t for brains, nowhere in my post did I say anything about a PO box. Google the phone number and it comes back to the business I stated in my first post. That phone number does not match up with the physical address of the company. Get your reading comprehension tested--tard!
