call when i am at work and leave no message. will not call back, but the law needs to explain to these people especially since I am in St louis and they are registered in Kansas.

They call about three times a day. I answered it a few times and  they are the Missouri State FOP (Fraternal order of Police) looking for donations. I've told them repeatedly to stop calling, that I can't afford to donate anything. They won't stop calling.
It seems fishy though, the guy I've talked to doesn't sound like a cop, more like a convict. Officers usually have good diction and sound professional.

They called around 9 p.m. and asked for me.  When my husband said he would get me they said, "Nevermind".  This does not seem like a professional organization!  It comes across caller-id as wireless call.

Keeps calling but I don't know number so I don't answer.

This number called me too! About 2 times a day! I don't answer phone calls that are unknown If they want to talk to me they can leave a message or unhide their number! And NO they won't leave a message!

This is some type of police donation (I hope that's what it is) based out  of Kansas City.  Sure I want to help, but I'm close to losing my house right now..... They work against themselves by harassing us.

If I'm right we should petition Kansas City police authority.

I think it is Civic Development Group, a truly world-class telemarketing firm with a remarkable history.  Google it, you won't believe it.  Their customer service number is 888-892-8062.  The guy told me he was calling "from" the Frat. order of police, but then admitted he was calling "on behalf of" FOP.  Well, they are not legit, and they are obnoxious, and I told him to put me on their do not call and he said they can't do that because they are non-profit.  Oh, yeah?  Just try calling me again...
They also call from 816-286-5774 (one digit off).

This guy who called was so rude that I reported him and his number to the National Do not call. I am sick and tired of this crap and I will call At&T and just have to pay the money to become non listed. He did not say who he was only that he wanted to talk to Eith er myself or My husband, When I asked what it was in reguards to he said why did it matter? I then replied that we weren't home and could I take a message he said No I don't want to talk to you and I said then Don't called back here anymore and he Said " Why is that" Jerks

CALLER  WANTS ME TO HAVE A CRIDET CARD  WHICH  I DONT NEED  BUT THE CALLER  KEEPS  CALLEING ME  AT LEAST TWICE  A DAY
