This number keeps calling me too. Unfortunately Tmobile shut my phone down because I only paid my regular bill without the late fee and couldn't make pay arrangements within 11 days...said they could only make arrangements within 7 days!....So being a customer of Tmobile since 2000 and since my contract was up in feb. 2013 and I was still with them.......So here's a message for Tmobile.....SEE YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called the number.  It was T-Mobile calling about my past-due cell phone bill.  Glad I called back because they were about to shut down my service.  They were very nice and made payment arrangements satisfactory to keep the service turned on.

This number keeps calling my cell phone as well.  No message left and they have called 3 or 4 times in 2 days so far.

Same here but this number calls my cell phone.  No message left either and they called twice.

They called twice within three hours and voice mail picked up. They just hang up.
