keeps calling leaves no message, keeps calling for husband  also

I don't answer phone calls from numbers that I don't recognize.  Thanks to all of you I won't ever answer one from these people. I don't have any late bills so they must be looking for someone else. I will never give information on anyone to a collector.

Contact medicare about it hun! If you check back through your paper work, I'm betting it was paid. Sounds like someone isn't doing their job or someone is trying to pull a fast one. They need to provide you with proof in writing though according to the laws.   You are only responsible for what medicare tells you is your portion of a bill after medicare cuts the costs and all.  Anything over and above what they (medicare) say you pay is fraud at that point.   You would have gotten a statement from medicare on that within a reasonable amount of time.  

Also, something that medicare doesn't cover and won't pay for cannot be billed to you or turned over and that is also in those statements they send out usually listed in the abc's shown after the listed Dr bill.

This is a bill that should have been covered by Medicare. It is not my fault the hospital failed to file the claim in a timely manor. This could be settled easily if they would just refile the claim. I will not pay ,it don't have the money. Tell the hospital to refile. I have. Doesn't look like its doing ay good. What now?

Received a call this morning 4/11/2013 at 8:15 AM  I am debt free and a senior.  I do not appreciate being woken at 8 AM for no good reason.  I have some advice, if you can do it send them a hard copy letter that says simply quit calling me after 10 days of receiving this letter.  Then if they do not you can turn them into the do not call list if you are on it.  Tell them in the letter that you are going to do that even if you are not that should put a stop to it.  There are letters you can copy to write to them on the internet and they are there to help you get rid of these people.  You can also tell them you will turn them into the Federal Trade Commission I believe, but those letters on the internet will tell you exactly what to say.

Would like to know how these debt collectors can keep calling on cell phones when we are on the no call list. Kelly Cook is the person that called this time. I hung up. These people call at all hours of the day or night. No respect. What can be done to stop this? Evidently the no call list does not work.

I finally called them back and it was for my father who has been dead for several years! IDIOTS!

My Husband has talk to the Company that send my bill to NWF and it was SUPPOSE to be taken care of but I guess it hasn't because NOW I am getting calls and I don't take care of the bill paying around here and I don't even know what it is for these people that work for these company's MUST NOT be able to get a job anywhere else or ar TOO LAZY to have a REAL JOB!!!! because in my thoughts people that do this are a***oles period!!!!

They called me today, and asked for someone named tyler with the same last name as mine. I have no living relatives with the same last name as mine. So I told them I don't know who that is ans asked not to be contacted again. We'll see what happens after this.

One thing that I donot do and cannot recommend that anyone else does is to pay a collection agency, pay the people that you owe and the bill will get paid, pay a collection agency and it will never be paid.

Someone named Lana called me for a neighbor who I barely know, but our 10 year old daughters play together. How low is that! No idea how they got my number!

They have called my father and he has no outstanding bills.

Northwest Financial are the scourge of the Earth.  They torment the s*** out of people and somehow manage to get away with it.  I pray that everyone who works for them burns in Hell for eternity.

I have been paying them monthly to try and pay off my debt and they are continuing to harass my husband and I.  I pay them monthly each month and we are still getting phone calls, is this legal?

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. I would answer but I saved the phone number under business and "don't answer". I keep calling back and they put me on hold forever and ever.
