Same thing is happening to me........I did the same thing with the e-Bay selling kit. I started to fill it out, and then cancelled at the last minute.  I must have typed in my cell number, because they keep calling that.  I have 8 missed calls in two days.  not sure what i am going to do about it yet

They have called several times; I decided on a whim to answer; they never leace a message. Person on other end said I applied for an eBay selling kit- which I had started to do,from an e-mail I had receieved,then changed my mind. They wanted my credit card number to bill me for $4.95 shipping for my free kit. I said I'd have to call them back. She said that wouldn't work well and SHE'D call ME back (which she has done about 3 times already in the last half hour). I called their number on my caller ID (*69 would not work),and got put on hold. Sounded very professional,very nice recording kept telling me "You are now caller number 7.."etc. until I was No.1. Someone answered and I asked what company this was,explaining that they were on my caller ID and the lady spoke so quickly I couldn't catch it all, but said it was the district office for government grants!!! And was I interested in one? I said no and she said she hoped to be doing business with me soon. Hope this helps.

Eauction calls me once a day on a direct business line. I tell them I am not interested/please remove my #. Today I asked what # I could reach them at. I got 877-545-2147. I called this # and it was a "call cannot be completed..." If this wasn't the work of a bunch of bottom feeders in a sweatshop in SE Asia I would have someone pay them a visit. Scum of the earth poors...they'll get theirs.

Got a call from this number and my wife answered and nobody said anything.

These calls have came twice today..when I answer they say Hello, as if I called them.If they want to speak to someone, just say Hey is so ans so at home at this time...dont hang up or act stupid.That just makes me laugh, I would hate to have to dial a phone all day long for a living, thank goodness its them and not me.

This is a data collection agency for credit collectios. They are gathering personal information for use in collecting debts.

This person calls multiple times daily and dopesn't speak, just hangs up! Irritating

I don't say anything and they just let the dead air hang.  I have never entered anything online although I've had my debit card compromised recently.  I suspect the two things may be related.  Last time I let the answering machine get it and again, dead air with some chattering in the background. Eventually, this type of activity has to stop.  One truly gets tired of the unscrupulous lazy b*****ds who won't get a real job, taking up our time and bothering people who have plenty better to do.  I hope they are caught, and hung by their genitals.

We've been getting these calls also, but I have to admit that as annoying as they are, they are legit in our case. Somewhere at some point in time we signed up for info on selling stuff on eBay, then the calls started. This all boils down to a rip-off. As far as getting them to stop calling...well, my husband is trying to e-mail them today. We'll see if it works. If it does I'll let y'all know. I hope this helps solve the mystery for some of you, I know it won't cure the headaches though!

I got calls from this number several times today.  It's annoying.

i keep getting this phone call that says search assistant......i leave it go to the answering machine and they don't say nothing. it is making me mad.

I have gotten this call at my office and they asked for me by my name. It also was about a e-bay something that I had signed up for and I told them I had never signed up for anything from e-bay...ever.  He hung up. I have since gotten the call again but when I answered they hung up.  This is so crazy!

I got a call from them regarding a e-bay account I was trying to sign up for.  I never tried to sign up for anything regarding e-bay.  He finally hung up. I wrote number down off caller ID and called it back to see who answered. I can't ever seem to get through...hum!

they are calling 3-4 times a day, morning, afternoon & evening, when I answer its either dead or a lot of loud noise in the back ground & no one talks.  I have tried calling it back & its always a busy signal.

so how do you report these idiots, they call every night 2 times, hang up when i answer, then when you call back they ring busy. how can you block them, and how can you report them

I get calls every day, first maybe once a day, noow is like 7 btimes a day. I just would like to know how can i block this and why I'm getting this calls.

eAuctionTutor (https://secure.visualwebtools.com/eAuction/eb_3_81606_1/) is harassing people all over the country.  They are selling some Ebay related product and cold call people 3-5 times a day!  They ignore the national do not call registry.  Here are complaints from the three numbers that they have called me from:

You'll have to have an ebay account and dig for the customer support email page (they hide it).  If enough people complain then ebay will take action.

We continue getting calls from this number: 816-389-2896.  They hang up as soon as we answer.  My mom is 85 yrs old and it is realy upsetting her.  She has a hard time getting to the phone and I need them to stop.
