They have called continually for the last 4 weeks sometimes 3x/ day
I never answer numbers I don't recognize, I've never answered their call.
They are extremely annoying.

I just verified that my cell phone was on the do not call list and filed a complaint. If everyone does that maybe we can stop them!

this phone number (816-389-2899) calls my home and cell multiple times per day. they never say antyhing nor do they leave a message. i sure do wish i knew who it was...

called at 7.29 pm Aug 8 on my cell... no message

I get at least one call everyday from this number around 8:30 MST.  never leave a message and Every time I try calling it back....busy signal

They call every morning and wake me up.  They call 4 or 5 times in a row.  I never answer, but from what I'm reading, I'm glad I don't!

Got a call from this number. She asked me whether she could talk to the person (my name). I said yes speaking. and then she said hello in a pretty interesting way and then just disconnected.

I have been receiving calls from the same # for a couple months now, sometimes several a day.  It started when someone did a search on how to make money, but used MY cell phone #!!!!!!!!! instead of their own.  Several companies were calling for that OTHER person, most stopped the calls when I informed them they had the wrong person.  To my dismay when I receive calls from this # there is NEVER any one there.  I've tried to call back but get a "this phone is out of order" message.  So, I googled the area code and did a reverse phone check to find the originator.  Birch Telecom is listed as the holder of 816-389-2899, I called and was transferred to security.  I was told that this phone # does NOT belong to them, but they have had several people calling with the same issue.  Security suggested that I post a complaint with FTC.gov, he said if enough people complain formaly that they may PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS.....so guess where I'm headed next, yep FTC.gov....I HOPE YOU ALL DO THE SAME!!!!

AGAIN, twice every night!  Never picked it up before, but tonight I did.  Just a BABBLE of Chinese or something similar.  I said something in English, they kept babbling.  Sounded like a "boilerroom" in the background.  Then I started screaming "DO NOT CALL" over and over.  Several times.  Finally the babble quieted and disconnected.  How can I get them to STOP???  I've been on the donotcall list since it STARTED!  I put reports in to the official donotcall website (but that was only a couple days ago).  Isn't the fine $10,000?  PER CALL????  Shouldn't WE get some of that?  After all, WE are the ones being harassed over and over and over and....

I don't understand this. A number calls you, you call it back, and are greeted with an operator that says this number has been disconnected? I didn't know that phone companies gave disconnected numbers for people to dial out on... I want one!

Very annoying..they call at least 6 times a day and sometimes very late at night.

Error:  only 20 min apart, not 2!

This harassment comes twice each night!  Sometimes 2 calls only 2 min apart.  No msg ever.  I've reported all those calls individually on donotcall.gov.  Probably at least a dozen.  Then got tired of doing it.  What a pain to do so many, but I hope they get busted!  Caller ID shows only the phone number.

Called a couple of time, couldn't understand their accent

I have received several calls from this number, it hangs up when I answer and when I call it back I get a fast busy signal.  They are calling my cell phone and costing me minutes if they let it go to voice mail before they hang up.  They have never left a message.  Calls always come in early in the day or later evening.  The reverse lookup I did said they were from Kansas City, MO, also.

i just called by them, some woman was called and said "i need to speak to jeff" i told her wrong number and hung up.

I don't answer they just keep calling

I just got another call and so I decided to google it and found all of you. I also was going to sign up for the google kit but stopped because of CC #. Thanks everyone. Now I definitley won't answer.

CALLED AFTER 8PM LOOKING FOR ME, (MY HUSBAND ANSWERED THE PHONE), THEY WOULDN'T SAY WHAT IT WAS ABOUT AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON HIM.

They have called me 20 times in 2 days every time I have answered it no one was there and they hang up. This is so annoying I work from home and have 2 small children I'm going to ripoff.com right now to report them this is a bunch of crap I tried calling the number back and it says the line is unavailable. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Received call on my cell phone today @ 10:46 - no message, busy signal

I have gotten calls from this number several days in a row. They never talk or say anything, and if I dont answer, no one leaves a voicemail. Googled the number and it brought me here.

Said that he was following up on my request for information on (insert product, whose name I could not completely understand). I responded that I did not request anything and hung up. What is scary is that he started out with my first name.

They have called three times today and several times this week.  It shows on my caller id to be search assistant.  They never leave a vm message.  The reason I even knew they called was my caller id.  Pain in the but.

They just called me. Telemarketer informed me that their business is located in Nevada, but he couldn't reveal the actual address.
He said that the company that he represents is called Blogtoolkit.com
I'm going to complain to Fed and state NO CALL.

I do not know how these people got my phone number, maybe I filled out some form somewhere, but they got it and they are not letting go.  Within the last two days they have called six times.  Sometimes they call late at night.  I have never answered the call because I do not know anyone in the 816 area code.  I have tried calling back and all I get is the message that my call can not go through, "the number or code is incorrect..."  This is lamost like being stalked by an ex-girlfriend or something.

I am receiving a lot of calls from this number. Even if you pick up the call nobody answers. I tried calling them back but its always busy. Finally, they left me no option but to block them on my phone.
