Yes, it's another debt collector!
It is becoming more & more common for them to try to out smart you by useing this local number and other phone #'s that are local to your area.
Best to NEVER answer a phone # that you do not know! They can leave a message if it's that important for them to get ahold of you!
I have found that NOTHING good comes from a verble conversations with debt collectors its best to keep the communication to certified mail in writing!

Call showing up with local number and local prefix...apparently just to try to fool people into answering. When number was called back it was "Diversified Consultants" who is supposedly a debt collection company.
