Just got the same text..told me that Susan wanted me to check out this link http:bit.ly/TfKcFI. Didn't open. Don't know anyone by the name of Susan that would text me. :) .

I got this text early this morning.. It said that Michelle told someone to text me and sent a link that I wouldn't open.. I don't open links like that unless I know it is from someone for sure. I right away thought it was a virus. I hate how someone got my phone number to do this.

Got a text that said "Mary said to send this to you http://bit.ly/TvATRU"  Opened the text and Mary is my mother's name so called her, she hadn't told anyone to text me.  Did not go to the web address

Just got a text saying Mary said to send a link. I clicked it and a starbucks offer showed up. I closed the page and texted back "Tell Mary I love her!"

I just got a message from this number with a link that a supposed Mary wanted me to see. Didn't click the link though.

I fell for this one. Says the same thing, but with the name Lisa and just my luck I do have a sister named Lisa that lives out of state and who by coincidence has been having problems with her phone. So yeah, I fell for it. Even responded asking who it was from to add them to my contact list thinking it was sent by one of her step kids! Total sucker!

It sais the same thing but it said kris,

I got the text " Lisa said to send this to you" with a link, which I checked with antivirus soft on my computer.
Trojan was blocked from downloading.

Same as above from "jen"

i opened it only because i know a michelle, its for the  target card scam.

i have also been getting 50+ calls over last 4 weeks asking to speak with michelle regarding buying health insurance

These people need to kill themselves. Seriously get a life where you don't scam people. And by the way I don't think anyone is stupid to fall for this.

Just got the exact same message at 8:00am (PST) this morning.

Got a text message from this number with a link to bit.yl/UzQYmZ.  Said that Michelle wanted to have this link sent to me.  Problem?   I don't know anyone named Michelle . . .  and if I did, I don't think they would send a link via a text message.

Recieved a txt message @ 10:37pm Dec 11th: Jen said to send this to you. I chose not to open the link.

Text from this number 816-510-1539 saying, "Jen said to send this to you" with some link to click on. No thanks, not falling for some scam.

Same as above... only it said Jen said to send this to you.  I did not open it.

10 December 2012 10:06am. I received a text from this number saying "Jennifer said to send this to you". I am not opening it. This is a Missouri area code and I don't know how they selected my number.

Got a text from this number and sent a link.. Said that Michelle wanted them to send me the link..

I got a text with a link which I won't open

I just got a text message a few minutes ago, telling me that a 'Jennifer told them to send me a link to some website'.  I won't be doing it though...Not sure if I can pick any viruses in my phone by looking at a tainted, infected website.  

I hate these people with a passion, and really do wonder who they are, and where they're calling from.  When they call, I usually don't answer, but sometimes do just to f*** with them, and waste their time. I seriously wish someone would find these turds and kill them and their families.
