My wife's cell just got a call from 816.899.1500. We didn't answer b/c we didn't recognize the number.

Later, I tried to call the number, and got a recording on the cell saying that that number was inaccessible and that I should call 611 by cell or 800.331.0500 by landline.

I did a search on the 899.1500 number and found nothing, but I found a bunch of references to the 800.331.0500 number that says it is related to some weird third party company that charges anywhere from $9.95 to $19.95 a month through AT&T after it randomly locks onto your phone.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I tried several look-up services and learned that it is from a land line in Freeman MO.
