I asked them to remove me from their list and they kept calling!!!   When they called for the 3rd time, I asked to speak to a supervisor and he came on and I told him to remove me from thier call list, if they didnt I would report them and he said "See you in Court"....How do we report these people?

Dont seriously know how these idiots got my number. but they decided to call me. I had to at that point for listening to some chinese loser try to speak english tell them if they didnt take me off i would report them for harassment. learn to block numbers if your gonna be stupid!!

They got my number off of craigslist and called me within 20 minutes from when I put up my post...if you have a listing on craigslist, or anything like that they can pull it off.  I don't know how to stop them, but you might as well have fun with it when they call.  Blow an airhorn into the phone next time, or just keep flushing the toilet and tell them you're almoooooost done, just hang on a minute :)

Confirmed, about five minutes after posting on craigslist Phoenix, I received a call telling me that I won a vacation package, I told them, that I'm afraid of planes, then the guy told me, no problem since it was a cruise, then I told him that I'm very afraid of water, then started telling me about a free five star hotel, then told him I don't like hotels and I only like to sleep on tents, and drive myself to my destination I asked if he had any free gas cards , but no luck, the guys just gave up.

Some chinese man called my cellphone and ask for the owner of this phone. I told him I was the owner and he began to tell me he was calling from some vaction resort.  I stopped him and ask how he got my number because it is a private number and I wanted him to put me on the do not call list.  He then ask if I was ordering him and I said who is this he then began to tell me YOU KNOW WHO THIS IS, at that point I ask him to say his name but he kept saying I knew who it was.  This began to spook me and I just hung up.  I tried to call the number back but i just got a busy signal.  I tried to report the number to AT&T but was told I had to contact my local police department in order to report this.  It seems AT&T should be able to do something this without having to be charged a fee by our local police department.  They should keep track of complaints against a particular number.

Company is Sunshine Promotion Company in Washington, DC.
They have 6 different third party telemarketing companies working for them. I contacted the company today. (202-944-2750) Make sure you are polite and they will attempt to assist you in listing you as don't call. If you are rude, be sure that they will amplify the number of calls that you receive.

Make sure that your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registery and the next time that they call, be excited and nice and get their name and company name for your information to place with your CC reciept (nod nod wink wink). Then, kindly let them know that you are listed with the dont call registery and they are bound by FTC and FCC if they call again then you will proceed with litigation. They can be fined up to $16000 per call. (You must wait till they call after 31 days has passed since you registered but do note everytime and who calls each time that you have told them you are listed.) You may have a nice lawsuit then.

We received two telephone calls stating that we had won one of 4 prizes. These were flights & travel, a $500 gift card, a car or the other I can't remember. They told us there would be no presentation to sit through we just turned up to collect the prize. All we needed to bring was out licsense and credit cards. Being completely cynical about his but curious and willing to have an arguement we arrived at 901 31st St NW Washington DC. Up arrival they asked for our promotion code number and credit card. We said before we give that we want more details. They said that after we sit through a presentation we get a scratch card from which we may win one of the above prizes. That made it open season as far as I was concerned. I begun to walk out but turned back and explained that I don't appreciate being lied to by a bunch of lying c*%ts and how dare they get us here under false pretenses. I said I would be reporting them to Better Business Bureau. The look on the woman's face was fantastic. She just stared in surprise and tried to talk but I kept cutting her off.
Be wary of these people.

They got it off craiglist i posted and first call was from this number,like others strait to google! dont know who they are but as long as u dontsay YES to anything u should yust ignore them!

Report these scumbag to the FTC. They will look into and go after them for you, and all you have to do is fill out a form.

I agree they got my number from Craigslist Orange county. I was dumb enough to respond to the add for a free used honda civic. Just a reminder , if it sounds too goo to be true ....IT IS !!!!!

Never been on Craigs list, came up on my TV screen (courtesy of my DirectTV sat receiver) as a Texas call. Since I don't know any one in that area code - didn't answer.

They get your number if you post an ad on Craigslist... evedry time I post an ad they will call within a day of my posting

Same probable cause; I posted my number in an ad (marked with "no, you may not call this number about unrelated things") on Craigslist.  Same deal for me across three calls.  One with nobody on the line, one a few minutes later that was directed to voicemail which I assumed was probably a telemarketer since I've had this happen before after posting to Craigslist, and the third which confirmed that it was telemarketing.  FTC complaint filed.  I could use the money, so maybe I'll cast around for a DC landshark who's willing to take it on a split.  The other number that has been seen for the apparent same caller was 5408784628

They've really picked up in Houston. I had a call that showed up as just 6001. Nothing else. I repeatedly asked to speak to the asian lady's supervisor, she just hung up on me.

Travis, I have been experiencing the same harrassing phone calls not only from this company at 877 but two others on my cell phone. FYI it is illegal for telemarketers to call cell phones to begin with. You need to add yourself to the state do not call list as well as the fed do not call list. I am on the tx do not call list as well as the national. Why is that important. Because if a company contacts you while you on on these they can be liable up to 1000.00 call I am in the process of sueing two companies you continue to call me. There are attorneys out there that will take your case on contingency. Make sure to keep a record of each time this company or any other company call you Call your attorney generals office, ftc and fcc. make a formal complaint. This takes time but will only help your case. I just spoke to Sunshine Promotions in DC and left a message for the Owner/President and was promissed a return call regarding my demand for them to stop calling me and my request for damages. Not sure how that will pan out, however at this point I will let my lawyer do the talking. If anyone has been harrassed by Dept Relief Services let me know or better yet by this company and want to follow suit. For those idiots who want to say something negative I dont care These companies have harrassed me for several months and refuse to stop. Read the law it is very clear. Good luck

Guys it is easy however it does take time. First register for both the state do not call list and the fed do not call list. Once you have done that it takes up to 30 days Once the 30 days pass they are liable up to 1000.00 for each call/violation. Make sure to keep a record of all the unwatned phone calls Make sure to file a complaint with the idiots at the FTC who wont do anything but oversee the so called do not call list. Then I am in the process of doing this coming week. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Not only will be be sueing this company who has been calling for the past three months there are two others.  Hey if these companies want to violate the law they have to pay. Good luck guys

I just received a call from this number and answered but couldn't hear anyone so hung up and called them back. A message comes on saying that number is out of service. Then, they call me back. I didn't answer and didn't get a voice mail. I called back again and still says out of service. I won't answer anymore.

I called back from AZ and got a message that the number was no longer in service, but I recalled from my cell ph 5 minutes after I hung up.  Nice trick there.

Love this.  I'm going to tell them to send me the cash redemption check for the 'prize' as required by AZ law (its not), and see if they want to pay my bills for the month...lol.  I'm going to have fun with this one.
