call at 2am. I said hello but there was no response.  We are in Texas...I am armed.

Forgot to add that you'll need to keep a log of the calls/numbers/dates/times from these callers to furnish the FCC. I also listed the blog site where complaints were posted.

I received a number of phone calls of a similar type from a different caller, all hours of the night. I reported it to the FCC using their online form. It resulted in a formal investigation letter from the FCC. I suggest doing the same for this caller. The thing that helps is the number of people placing blogs where the recipient of the call (or the FCC) can see this is an ongoing problem.
