Call tried to fax me something

called my cell phone twice, left no message.  Interestingly, the phone never rang.  It only showed up on my missed calls.

Called my 800 number and left no voicemail - 8 times already.

We get several calls per day to our 800 numbers.  When answered there are a few touchtones followed by modem or fax tones.  This has been happening for several months and is costing $$ on our 800 service bills.  Here is a list of the numbers calling like this in last 2 weeks.

We receive this attempt to fax twice a day.  Very annoying!

fax number calling... tried to fax back but the line is perpetually busy.

Called me yesterday and tried to fax. Called again today at the same time. I answered but there was no one there. No fax this time.
