He is a t**** head pretending to be some type of law enforcement, he cant even speak good english. He is a SCAMMER so watch out folks!

Received a call from a guy with a foreign accent saying he was representing National Cash Advance and I owed them $5784, and they would settle for 2 payments of $412. Initially I was extremely upset and I negotiated 3 payments which he did want to do. He had me to write down info that would read like a contract or legal document and asked that I faxed it immediately. I told him I couldn't so he asked me to fax it on Monday by noon. After speaking with a friend he stated   I should receive something in writing and not to fax my information to them. I have a new phone so I was putting the number in wrong until today. They have been calling for over a week. I missed a call from them and after gettting the two threatening messages I tried to return the call only when  I tried calling the number, nothing would happen. Today, I did manage to get the name of the law firm (although I know it isn't real). When giving me the address, they hung up on me and then called me back. The address is follows: Johnson Law Office, 1923 Court St., Reddings, CA. I told him my attorney has been trying to contact him and he gave me this number which also doesn't work 530-232-5903. I'm so glad I spoke to someone because although I couldn't remember if I ever had a payday loan with this particular company, the things they said I would be charged with were enough for me to want to pay them.

My roomate called me extremely concerned about a call she received from what she described as a debt collector.  He stated that there was a lawsuit against her and demanded that she pay to settle the debt. She did not trust him, so she hung up and called the number back.  When she called the number, there was no sound, so she hung up.  Immediately after she hung up, he called her back.  He sounded foreign and was very adamant. He had details about her so she researched her bank account with the given information he provided - it was totally false.  ***IF YOU RECEIVE A CALL FROM THIS GUY - HANG UP*** This is a total scam!!! He even went one step further and asked my roomate if she wanted sex!  Please...totally disregard this nut***!!!!

I have received the same kind f phone calls as described in the previous posts, and I have contacted my local sheriff's department and police department and they said indeed it was a scam but they cannot really follow up on anything until i send them money which I have not. I called the above number back and when the person answered I informed them that I have contacted the authorities and that I was filng a complaint, well needless to say, they hung up on me. This is a scam, and others need to be aware of this. Also, this guy has a thick foreign accent, and it is hard to understand what exactly he is saying. Also rude, and very threatening.

I received the same phone call from a VERY threatening foreign man stating if I didn't contact him immediately then good luck with the events that would unfold on me.  Somehow this person needs to be STOPPED! I can't believe there is nothing that can be done about this!!!

we had to close our accounts and start new ones even though the bank said as long as we dont give the ok for money to be taken out we are ok.and we put a freeze on our social security numbers with the credit bureus its better to be safe.you might want to go that route

This same number started contacting me saying that he is an investigator for a law suit that was filed againist me and was trying to solve the matter. I contacted my bank to check into the information he provided me with  and in fact I was correct that I didnt owe any money as he said. He is very rude and threatened me about receiving a summons for court. I feel that this is a scam but the bad thing is he has my information and dont know what to do.

he is doing us same way,we contacted our local police department they said there is nothing they can do about it,that it sound like a scam if he calls back to call them and they will check into it,he is saying same thing to us.we changed our number the only thing we could think of to do.

this guy keeps calling saying we owe them money,when we say they have the wrong number they keep calling back,he called backed 10 times within 5 minutes,when we stopped answering the calls he would leave voice mails saying he is officer orlando from law enforcement and investigaing,he is rude,threating,lying about being a law enforcement agent so watch out he is after your personal info.FYI he sound like a t**** head.

Some man starting calling two days ago say he is a detective in one msg and in other msg say hes an officer and that i need to contact them immediately and if i don't call them"GOOD LUCK'..what kinda detective or officer says that..the man sounds as if he is foreign and act as if he didn't even know my name..its sounds like someone has no business and is apart of a scam.. i don't even know anyone in fort worth tx..what do i do..i haven't clld bk yet..
