I got called from this number as well. He said, "this is Steven. How are you today?" I kept saying "hello", and he hung up.

Well they have started again. I got about 60 day break from them and now here they go again. Same phone number 817-260-0702 caller ID says Arlington, TX. They called twice yesterday leaving no message. I just got another call now and when I answered, they hung up on me. I called them back as usual to press 1 to be removed from their list. This is a Scam/Fraud for Security Home Services. Going to report them again to Federal Do Not Call (FCC), FTC and State Do Not Call list.

The phone number is managed by Tex-Link Communications in Arlington, TX (a merger of UPH Holdings, Pac West, Taylor Communications) and recently emerged from bankruptcy. The new company may be catering to telemarketers to make a fast buck.
Alibaba lists a device for PABX & Security Cameras called the Advanced Easy, maybe the calls are trying to sell services around this device?
