Cut Jeff some slack, please. It's someone using his caller ID. Happens all the time now.

Just got one on cellular. Didn't bother to answer. Glad I didn't.

Yep ...got a call today (on my cell phone) ...didn't answer it and when it went to voice mail it/they hung up and left no message. Tried several times to call back and the line is constantly engaged ....seems to me it that it must be on a phone-dialler.

I got 4 quick calls, hang ups, calls in a row at 11:01 & 11:02 today.

Just got a noise-mail message on my toll free number from (817) 285-8361. All calls are logged on my virtual pbx, so evidence is indisputable. If it happens again I'll take action through them.

it's now Oct 14, 2011 and the Fax tone is still being sent out from your phone. I received it here in Missouri at 6:37 PM.

Just reporting in.  We get semi-regular calls from this number with the CID indicating "tru lists".  We are, of course, on the National Do Not Call List.

If they continue, I'm glad there is a registrant's name and address listed in this thread to forward to the authorities.

This is Jeff Thomas....I have no idea what your talking about, there is no fax machine in my house at all.  Maybe my phone line is being hacked or something

I'm gonna drive to Texas and kick their ars the next time a fax blares in my ear when I say hello... and incase you are wondering this is who it is calling you...
