I work for this company. Really simple solution to the unwanted calls: answer (we're probably calling because your insurance company provided us with your information), listen to our intro, surves can take 5-20 mins depending on which insurance we are calling ON BEHALF OF, if you don't want to do it then POLITELY say no thanks remove me from your list. We'll stop calling you then, but seriously don't be a jerk on the phone with us, we're just doing our job like everyone else.

They call me around the clock now.....................

I worked for this company and they are a marketing research company. they call to do healthcare surveys in general or on behalf of your insurance company. the insurance company is how they get your contact information and they don't try to sell you anything at all. they just conduct satisfaction surveys. the computer generates the numbers and they will continue to call unless you ask to be removed from the list. roger the ceo does not work out of the building at the address that was posted above that's just the call center address where the employees work from. if you want the calls to stop just answer and ask to be removed from the list or they will continue to call.

I received constant calls from an outfit in Kansas a few months back. Even after telling them not to call, they persisted until I finally called them back. they wanted to know how I liked my magazines(never ordered or received). I told them they were great, which was not what they wanted to hear of course. They finally admitted they were a survey company and only had a couple of questions. They actually had the last 4 digits of my debit card!! I complied, out or fear, and they said they wouldn't call back.
The point is....I think that put me on some kind of sucker list for other survey companies.
This crap started shortly after I bought that "Free Money" book a while back.Sound familiar to anyone else??
I put their phone number on "go immediately to Voice mail" so now I don't even here them ring. They can call till their blue in the face, as far as I'm concerned

As of today (08-01-2012), this still belongs to a research/marketing company.

I use to work for them they are a health market research company that call to conduct surveys about your healthcare. Not answering the phone will only have them callback in two hours and they do not leave messages. The DO NOT CALL LIST does not apply to them because they are not solicitors. The best thing to do is to REMOVE ME FROM YOUR LIST and you will never be called by them again it will knock your information out of the systme.

This is the info you need to stop the calls. You need to provide them with all the phone numbers they have used to contact you. Also, file a complaint with the Fort Worth Better Business Bureau bbb.org

Boo hoo you too, b/c you must not have a life or you would inconvenienced by spam calls too!

Thank you for posting this information. I encourage everyone out there who is receiving bogus calls from this company to file a complaint with the Fort Worth Better Business Bureau. BBB.org Maybe then, they will stop this practice. You have to call the company and provide them with all the numbers they have used to spam you. But they will use a new number to call you again and again. Calling them and having your number removed does not stop them from calling you b/c they just use a different number to call you again.

As with the rest of complaints on this site, I get called at least once a day from 817.302,0293. They never leave a message and in today's world of technology, why there no way to find out who they are and prosecute them.
kinz 2011-06-06 20:59:41 Unknown
Caller ID said TX. I do not answer unidentified callers. If they want to speak to anyone here, they must not attempt to disguise their identity.
Lance 2011-06-06 20:59:41 Unknown

Brandi 2011-06-06 20:59:41 Unknown
they call multiple times per day and leave no message, it's annoying
Mary V 2011-06-06 20:59:41 Unknown
This is DSS Research conducting some kind of survey. I found out by calling them back. They have a pre-recorded message that states that if you leave a message with your phone number in it they will remove you from their list. I did that and said: Please remove me from your list. Hopefully that will be the end of it. I will let you know if they call me again.

I just got a call from this # this evening & thought it was from my friends FW office where she works, but this woman asked for my name & can't even pronounce it so I said that she had the wrong # ; she read the # back to me & I told her that I just got this # last week. She apologized & let's hope she/they won't call back. According to Whitepages.com it's some company in Fort Worth TX, with five names with Decision Support Systems.
Their names: Tammy Austin, Mike Foytik, Roger Gates, Carla Harris, Phil Jackson
4150 International Plaza, FW TX 76109 - 4875.
You can try sending those people a letter telling them stop callling. Good Luck.

817-302-0293 must be a harass call and must be called by bad guys. They have called my phone all the time. How do we fight them back? Please tell me.
waykat 2011-06-06 20:59:41 Unknown
Received a call from these folks at 8:40PM. Claimed they were calling because we enrolled in some insurance (we did). Gave me the number for insurance company customer service then wanted MY birthdate to confirm me. I told her she called me so give me the birthdate and I will confirm it. That pretty much ended the call. May be legit but I don't take any chances today - too much identity theft going on.
