I have also received several calls from 817-302-1014.  When I returned the call, I requested to have my phone number removed from their calling list.  That was a month ago, and they are still calling me on a daily basis.

I got a call from this number and asked the guy to remove my number from their list b/c I'm not interested, but he insisted I hear his speech before I decide. I told him I was at work and was unable to talk, but he did not care.  What a bad sales person, like I want to talk to someone that has no respect. SO I hung up and they have called me 4x a day since. I dont answer, no big deal to me not answering. But isnt it illegal to call someone after they tell you to take your name off the list? YES.

They keep calling me from this same nuber, let thephone ring two or three times and hang up, daily.  It's annoying.

I got a call from this number and they knew my step-sister's name! They asked me for her number, but I told the girl that I would have my sister call her back. Yeah right! They have only called me 3 times in the past week, but I have a feeling that they might be calling more. The only thing that was kind of weird was that the lady didn't try to sell me anything, she just wanted to contact my sister. Weird!! And extremely annoying!

I get a call daily (weekdays only) from this number since MAY.  They call my cell phone, and I never pick up.  I am in Austin TX

These people have been hounding me for about 2 months now.  It got to a point where I got their information and told them I would research it myself.  The calls finally stopped!  Unfortunately since they did not hear back from me....THE CALLS STARTED AGAIN!!!!  I have told them several times to remove me from their list, but they insist that I come to their resort to win a car or cash.

I actually worked for them, if you do go to the resort you will receive 1 of 4 awards, but if you dont want to go out there and dont want them calling you. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE believe me! CALL THEM and Say "Take me off the list," if anyone asks you for any phone numbers or a number on a card. Give it to them so they can take you off. Trust me I worked there and I laughed at the idiots who would get pissed off at me or hang up, because then your put on a "RE-CALL List." So please just do like I said, and you wont have any problems.

Oh and one more thing, F.Y.I!!! Most of the time about 80% its YOUR fault because you signed up for a stupid contest thinking you might just win.. So those people sell your info to them. So stop signing up for stuff, and stop hanging up on them or not answering.

To Micah... My fault that this company keeps calling me no matter how many times I tell them not to?  I didn't sign up for some contest... My friend did and in order to qualify for Silverleaf's stupid prize, they had to give phone numbers of ten friends.  How is that my fault.  Bite it!

They called on my CELL PHONE!!  I missed the call but then called back and it is a marketing company calling on behalf of Silverleaf - but these guys are trying to get names and numbers of friends so they can "invite them to tour our property and receive a free cruise for participating in a sales pitch".  Told them to remove me from their database, not even sure how I got on it.

I had filled out a form at greenspoint mall and well had givin my boy friends number. Then when he gets a call well i go ahead and answer it. They said all I had to do was go to Conroe Tx for a tour and I would get a trip to Las Vegas or a Cruise. So I went ahead and made that appointment. Well I was fixin to head out to this tour and I went online to google the address and I ran into this scam! Thanks all for posting  this because I was actually going to attend this tour!! It saved my time and gas!!

I worked there it is a scam they dont sell anything in the script it says "you are under no obligation to sign lease or purchase anything"the do not call list is only for solicitation hence it does not apply.You can however tell them to remove you from the kist thats the only way the calls will stop

I have received 11 calls from this Company today!  Several times I was placed on hold and then told that all operators were busy.  Within the 11 calls, I spoke to 3 or more operators and spoke directly to the manager 3!!!! times. I have asked them repeatedly to take my number off of their calling list, however I continue to get harrassing phone calls. I received the 11th call 15 minutes after talking with the manager. The manager asked me how he could take me off of his calling list, when I refuse to tell them my name.  Two operators have called asking for Maggie....which is NOT my name.  HOW CAN I STOP THIS????  I told the manager that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau....he said, "go ahead, they won't do anything."

I answered it once, and it was silence. It calls me 3 or 4 times every single day. I want them to stop calling me.

Call keeps calling about 5-8 times a day.  Ask them not to call several times but I still keep getting calls.  Need to file a harrassment claim against them for sure.

all you have to do it tell them you are not interested and to please remove you from there listings. Quit filling out surveys and trying to win prizes by filling out forms at the malls. Read the fine print they are doing nothing wronng.

Calls started coming yesterday (06/05/08) and talked briefly with the young girl offering me many great prizes I supposedly won. She also made the mistake of mentioning the name of the people who "invited" me to this timeshare resort crap. I got those people's names and let me tell you all something... This is not over. I am going to find these people and everything about these people and make them miserable just like they have done to me by selling my personal information to telemarketers!

I am currently setting 817 302 1014 to SILENT on my cell! You guys should try doing that too.

I live in Okinawa Japan so when they call it's at 2, 3, or 4 in THE MORNING!! I have a voip phone, so they dont know this, but i finally picked up and got a person instead of music on the phone and flat out said "listen, it is 2:30 in the morning- I live in Japan. Please STOP CALLING ME!" He got all confused and just said 'oh' and hung up. Ugh! I hope that's the last time they wake me up.

I have received calls everyday for over the past 2 weeks...sometimes more than 8 times a day...at home and on my cell #...I am sick of it...I don't know what to do I've been nice and ask them more than once to please take me off the list..please do not call again...it is running my cell bill up...and they call during lunch...dinner....all the time..I have written a complaint to the BBB and called my cell co....I am on the national "Do Not Call List...help I don't know what to do...

I don't even know how these people got my number but they have gone from calling me once a week to at least 3 times a day. Why are they so persistent?!

My neighbors have a timeshare with Silverleaf and they gave them my cell phone number.  They used to call me all the time in the middle of work (I teach) and on a couple of occassions I told them to call me AFTER work - they never did and just kept calling me at the wrong time.  I finally got fed up and told them to NEVER call me again.  It's been a few months and just now I got another call from them - I did not pick up.  Just when I thought that it was safe... I am also on a no-call list but in this case I think that they continue to call because someone I know gave them my number.  For every person that comes in, the timeshare owner gets $50 off they're monthly payment!

Got a call from this number when I was in a meeting.  I didn't answer and no message was left.  5 hrs later they call and ask for someone who previously had my cell phone number (I get LOTS of calls for this person, even after having my number for a year.)  I told them that person no longer had this number.  The female, who identified herself as Marti from Silverleaf Resorts, then said she was sure she had the right number and that I was eligible for one of four great prizes. I interrupted her and told her she had the wrong number and that she was now just giving me a cold call and that I wasn't interested.  As I hung up she was heard saying "Well anyway sir..."

These people are demons.
