Sound just like 2 calls last week - 214-630-4990 called Mar 27, 2014 3:53 pm and 3:49pm. Caller ID = MAGNA RESOURCE. Left a message that said "(my name) this is Shawn Penninger, give me call when you get the change at 214-630-4990, this is regarding a new project"
Both are from Texas about the same phony oil investment scheme.
