Got a phone call from them last night and the woman said our subsciption to Consumer's Reports ended in January.  She wanted to get my credit card number to start up my subscription again.  Did not believe her as I do my renewals on-line.  This was a scam to get my personal information.  Don't bother with them!

Been receiving calls from this off and on for the past week.  I don't answer "unavailable" and they don't leave a msg.  I have always been on the National do not call list.  I guess they slip through once in awhile.

I received two calls from this number. Each time a message was left reminding me of a seminar I was to attend later in the week.

Just blocked these idiots!

I believe this is a false phone number. I just got a phone call from this #817-355-8399 and got a message. It was a call from my insurance provider and they left a completely different number to call them back at.

If your services are for a business then why are you calling residence numbers?  We are not a business and we don't want these calls!!  Please stop calling!!

First call from this number added to my list of 44 calls in a month many of them multiple times, seems like when I renewed my do not call list I'm getting besieged with more of them. What's going on?

This is absolutely annoying. If you are on the do not call registry, why is this allowed? Numerous calls per day, don't leave message.  Out of control.

It's myfico.com and I am a customer. They tried to auto renew monthly plan, but my credit card info expired, so they called me. Also they left msg explaining.

It's TXU wanting to get you to switch over to them.  They will also tell you that you were previously with them along time ago.....BS.

No one was on the line - I looked up the call number and it said Nova one.

I received 3 phone calls this week from 817-355-8399.  I didn't answer and no message was left.  It says it's from Texas.

"they" are confirming your number....and selling a "verified" list. The more you call, the better your number must be for someone. Hey at least I know how to use *69

.02% of people buy stuff from telemarketers and therefore it pays. The majority pay the irritating penalty for the nitwits that support this approach to shopping (I know some lonely elderly people who listen and give their credit cards). Eventually they will all get too old or broke to buy the stuff, and that will be the end of those harassment phone calls....then comes SMS, email (oh, that's already happened), and Facebook (ah, can't wait for that). Its a consumer society. Live with it, relax, turn down the phone ringer (if its important or someone you know, they would leave a message).

rec'd call 4:00 p.m. ID says unavailable - so I'll play their game - there's a hesitation before I hear someone asking for me - when I ask who it is they say National Geographic - I tell her this # is unlisted and on the do not call list - she says because we are a subscriber that gives them the right to call us but she'd remove us from the list!! The gall!!!!

This number calls at least once a day.  It comes up as Novaone on Caller ID.  I never answer so do not know the purpose of the calls.  It's very annoying to have someone calling so frequently because it does make me check Caller ID to see if it's someone I wish to speak to.
