They called and left a vm- same Kaner medical group.  They said they couldn't fax me the records and wanted the school's fax number. No idea wtf they're talking about it. The lady who called me was Shelly.

just got a call and they left a vm- it's the Kaner Medical Group...in my case they were calling to confirm a dr appt for monday
