this number calls and calls saying there are 3 legal cases against me with payday loans.  he knew the last four of my SSN.  I asked him what his address and 800 number to call him back was.  he wouldn't give it but said he had a bar association number. when i said i was calling the police he said he'd have 911 call me back LMAO! then an indian nigerian sounding accent trying to sound like jackie chan with a country accent called from "911" thats what my caller id said.  saying he was frank jefferson.  I laughed and told him he needed to study john wayne better.  he got upset and said he would get my @$$ out of america.  I don't care if they were calling my cell# i'd just change it.  But, they're calling my work# and I could get in trouble because they repeat dial all day long.  I have no clue as to how they got my information.

I recieved a call from 817 382 7245 on my cell phone. Said they were calling about a payday loan from
'09 said I could pay 645.00 and clear debt up. Told me if I decided to even let a lawyer look at the case and fight it, I would lose and probably have to pay $8,000.  How do you jump from 645.00 to 8,000 if you get a lawyer.  If you notice, when you call back the phone is not answered professionally. The person that answers just says "hello".  Is that how a legitament business does its calls ?  If so, I would not like to do business with them.I told the man to speak slowly because I could not understand his heavy accent. He got upset.  
Please be very careful with these calls.
