i have had this place calling me all day looking for an employee... they are rude as hell and impossible to understand, you can hear all kinds of people shouting into telephones in the background, calls are obviously coming from some call center overseas, sounds like india accents... and, if you hang up, they call back and yell at you...

I'm getting the same thing from these people.  They keep saying that a warrant is out for my arrest.  I looked into some payday loans (accepted from some good companies) and now there are a few out there that have this scam going saying that they sent funds and now I have several charges against me and they will send someone to my place of work to arrest me.  I have asked for the papers sent to my email so I can send to my lawyer, but nothing received.  TALK FIRM WITH THEM AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE ON TO THEM, THEY WILL EVENTUALLY STOP.

Theese people are harrassing me and i already made a police report in them ...

I agree with the comments on this page a man with a foreign voice pretending to be different people to get us to call or be arrested or pay this amount all after filling out a online loan application at which time this foreign man got our information calls from him came from New York California Texas funny thing is I don't live anywhere near those states so everyone beware of online loans

What a piece of sh    t  This a hole told me that he was from the us Marshall office .  i have FBI clearance and don't think I'm letting this go he had my whole family stressing over a payday loan of which I didn't have I would like to rap a rope around this guy head and his company . told my wife to get a prepay card to pay the loan  to settle the debt and that I would be arrested at work . Then another a** got on the phone claiming he was a us Marshall arrest every one of these jerks and then make them pay back every penny that they took from people . I'm feed up with those who pray of defense people . T here has to be some justice on this kind of stuff . Thing that worried me the most is that he had my social and my bank account number . Now I need to change everything . O his also said god bless me if I didn't pay , God will judge you mother and hell is not far for you

I dial the number, they answer fedI asked him for what and heeral law enforcement agency I ask to speak with Jordan they transfer me he says eight he cannot believe that I have not been previously informed oif the charges against me out of Los Angeleshe says I will be arrested by the US Marshaland taken to jail said that it was for thecyber crime which I had committedI told him I've never mattered I'm using a computerafter reading these posts I can only say that I had just taken out a payday loan since then I have received over 200 phone calls and voicemails and emails trying to get me to take out new loans I'm about to change my phone number. I don't understand why someone would do this.

I also got the call I do have a payday loan but I only missed one payment now he telling me it is fraud I m getting arrested Friday at work have to tell my employer I committed fraud and there is no bail and I cannot work for 7 years unless I go. I just got a call from this number.   same thing, some guy with a very thick indian accent said there was a law suit against me and couldnt tell me anything else about it.  when I called the number he had given me they couldnt find my case unless i gave them my work number... which I did not.   they then hung up.

Hi i just received the same call first one guy called and gave me a number to call because someone was sueing me and them have pressed charges they were coming to my house and job ...they said they would black ball my social number and i wouldnt bee able to receive any help from the goverment and they would make sure i get fired from my job and have my pay taken ...I need to give them my lawer and i need two have someone that can take care of my kids they have all my info and i dont know how I called all the loan companys and I dont owe anybody money they called back using another number and name Sking me to pay them 350 to settle the account   stupod because i have every number they called from and reported them if you want the number hit my email slarry446@gmail.com

Had this same call today. I ran his info thru google. Where i found this page.i then called back using one of the fake names listed here.the funniest thing in years

I got a call from a different number but they are running the same scam.  Got $200 dollars out of me to allegedly settle a $3000 debt I supposedly incurred in applying for a loan.  I applied through a clearing house and they repeated where I worked, my social security number would be blacklisted, and I was also threatened with arrest by the U. S. Marshal's office if I didn't make that $200 payment today.  I also called Elmira City Court - they are running this scam through a judicial process for more legitimacy.  I'm filing a complaint with the State Attorney General in New York State, as well as a complaint with the U. S. Marshals' Office both here in my home district (Washington, DC) as well as in New York State on Monday.

BTW, I'm supposed to make another payment, but these b*****ds got greedy, overplayed their hands, I found this website, and I'm pissed

These foreign speaking liars with American names called me on my job claiming there was a federal warrant out for me and if I didn't pay a certain amount by 6 that night a warrant would be issued for my arrest.

These people keep calling my phone saying that I will be arrested but this morning the little bad English speaking fool said the police will be at my house in the morning. I simply stated stop calling my phone and if. The police would knock on my door then I will have them to come to your little call center. Stupid he hung up after that..it has to be a way to stop these people. Nobody will give me a loan any freaking way

SCAM SCAM SCAM. They called and said that I was going to be charged with fraud and picked up from my place of employment tomorrow morning unless I paid them $500 at that very moment. Once I began to question him further he got frustrated and hung up on me! That's when I did a little research. They called back and when I confronted them they hung up on me again and my calls to them will no longer go through. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

I applied for a payday loan, and this person, Sebastian somebody or other, keeps calling, saying I owe them money, and to contact their attorney.   This is a scam.....now they calling my job!     I would like them arrested or something.    the phone number they are calling from is 817-400-0344 and now a new one 916-287-3815.

How can u stop these calls, my mother is a cancer patient and this calls are putting her nervous ? Any information or who to talk to to stop this matter ?

Same thing happend to me today, a man named Dave Miller called my job saying that I'm going to be arrested on friday. I told him not to wait till Friday, come get me now, he hangs up, now won't take any of my calls. These are foreign thugs! Don't give them any money, and please report this.

I have turned these idiots into the attorney general and the better buisness bureau. This scam artist can't even speak proper english and these harrassing calls are illegal. I hope they find who ever t is and put them under the jail!!!

Some guy calls, he is hard to understand. Tells me that I am going to be arrested, but doesnt really say why...then ends the conversation with " May God Bless you and help you" ....but like I said not after he tells me I am going to be arrested ...never really said why...

I got the same thing at work yesterday, they called my  job and when I called the number back i got the idiot teling me not to interupt him which I did and he got pissed at me. If they continue to call my job then I am gonna harass them as they are harassing me. He gave name of Mike Anderson and said was some type of law enforcement .
