Keep getting hang up calls from this number.  I have a new home phone, but considering having it removed if I keep getting calls like this!

Yeah this same Indian guy who can not really speak English called me left me a voice mail and said my social security number was being investigated and said he was from the law offices of somthing I couldn't really understand him at all

It's fraud. Called me about an unpaid loan saying he had all of my info.

Had a guy named "Anthony" something call today... And I have to say if it wasn't for you guys I would have worried. While on the phone with him I looked up this number and here is where I found my self. But as soon as I called him out on it he got very mad and told me I was trying to insult him... He also had the last 4 of my social security number and routing number which I know is region generated but it really made me worry but when I told him to send me the paperwork in the mail he glad out said no lol thank you guys... :-)

hey guyzzz plllzzzz dont ignore this...... this is a not a fake call..... its a legal department and its name BCI (beuro of crime investigation)...... its semi government legal department.... i also have taken that its a fake call and i also have taken like you people that they are just kidding..... and after that i just go in the jail and i pay the 4500$ in the local county court.......

I turned the tables on these low life wanna be scam hacks. I called them back and wasted some of there time with a fantastic tale about being hired by a group of 10 payday loan debtors and I was authorized to pay 500 for each for a total of 5K. That set his greed up for a run around, slapstick , hilarious and worthless journey back and forth to check western union and then gave him a few made up credit card numbers and then I too up the habit of calling them and making small talk until they just hung up.

I suggest that you call them and feed them a bunch of Bovine excrement until they are full.

I encourage you to post these idiots phone number on Craigslist offering a free car,or a free massage and let them spend their time answering the phone calls instead of making them.

guys this is a bci's number, i received call form this number and i didnt took them seriously so they arrest me and i have to suffer 9 months in the jail. so guys be aware about them.

hey guys this is not a scam trust me guys i thought this was a scam and i didnt took them seriously next day cops came at my home and they arrest me for  the froud also i had to pay 5000$ for my bail-paper along with other interest charges.

This individual has called our business over 100 time today.  He has been told the individual (our employee) is unable to take personal phone and we have given the employee the message that he called.  He said he was goint to continue to call until he spoke to the employee.  We called the police and they came out.  Unfortunately, the calls stopped while the officer was here.  The caller has started calling again.  We told him that the police were called and now he insists that he either speak with the employee or a police officer.  He won't stop for anything and it is disrupting our business!

The guy called my neighbour's phone today. Informed her that she owed him $400, that he "loaned" her on her birthday. Guy even said her birthday. And after awhile he started making threats to her about killing her daughter and her, told her an assortment of things that he shouldn't have known about her. They instantly went to the police dept and filed a complaint. Are now suing the guy for threats and what have you.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

This same Indian man has been calling me non stop for days now. It is so annoying and he is so rude. Not only has he told me I have a loan out (which I dont) he has given me 2 different amounts, he has yelled, cursed, and screamed at me, it sounds like there is a factory in the background, and he wont give me any information about my "case." He has a lot of my information which is really scary and Im not quite sure what to do. He wanted me to go to a 7eleven and transfer money over to him. His name is Eric something which I heard over his voicemail and when I asked him his name he gave me some name like Steven. I confronted him about it and he totally freaked out and kept shouting at me why I had asked him if I knew. He is totally insane and needs to be stopped!

I received the same message from the Indian guy who can't speak much English.  I asked him 4 times who I was being sued by and he couldn't answer me, he just kept telling me that "this is a law firm in Texas".  Full of it!  I had my mom to call the same number and she said it was a number to majicjack.com.  He had every detail of my identity so please, someone put a stop to him!

ya i got a call recieved from that guy too he said my social disability was going to be on hold for 3 months and us marshall be involved it scared me this scammer had me scared he said he was armstrong law firm and was charging  me internet fraud for a payday loan and said my bank denied them and the bank hasnt denied s**t from that a**hole i told him i was going to call my attorney he said he was going to tranfer papers to social sercuity yes it scares me that is my only income right now

I received the same call. He left 2 messages on my work phone and he also had the last four numbers of my social which kind of freaked me out, but I know this is a scam.

It's some Indian guy guy who can barely speak English looking for somebody who doesn't even live at this number.  He says he's from the "State Investigation Law Department" and that there's a lawsuit and arrest warrant for not paying a debt.  Full of sh*t.
