This idiot is calling around harrassing people pretending to be an officer.  He cannot speak English very well at all.  He sounds to be asian.  When he is questioned about which law enforcement agency he is with, he pauses and changes the subject.

joseph woody called from this number claiming we owed 300.00 called my place of employment and threatened legal action. this person can't even speak english definite fraud.

yeh  they call same thin from the bearu of criminal investigation had my social and everything saying i had a loan to pay got into an argument he would tell me his town or city got the state which is texas i hung up on him

you need to call the ftc and file a complaint against him. call them at 877-382-4357.  then place a fraud alert on your credit file. he is using the name calvin mckoy now and i reported him to the ftc, fcc and fbi.

the person call his name was harry smith from the bureau of criminal investigation and threaten leagal action .

This number called said they were Bureau of Investigation officer Joseph Woody, to which i know its supposed to be FEDERAL BI, and not what he said, and that NOONE with that accent would be named that name. He lied and said an employee of mine was the number one suspect in a crime! HELLO, the FBI would not call and tip off a suspect or their boss. That would allow the criminal to get away! I do not know who this is or how they operate, but it is ridiculous.

This person is claiming to be from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation and is threatening legal action if information is not given.  Left long detailed message with call back number to my phone.
