I have received several calls. They started with a Dallas, TX number, then it went to the Arlington, TX number. They have even called me from a different state. I dont know how one person can call within minutes from different cities and states. I have turned them in to the Federal Trade Commission. I think you all need to do the same. The next time they call I am going to begin answering and letting them know that my lines are being tracked and that I have also turned them in for being a Scam company. This S**t is starting to get ridiculous they call me atleast 50 times a day.

I received a call from a foreign accent by the name of Darin Martin, stating he was an officer with the State Legal Investigation Dept.  He keeps calling my job, and they take messages for me telling him not to call my job.  I changed my number so they cannot call my personal cell number.  I think it is against the law to impersonate any officer of the court or cops.  I would like to know how they got so much information and how I can protect myself from this kind of harrassment!!!

Getting a call from this company wanting to talk to a former employee..and are refusing to take our work number off their call list. Very rude

Heavy Indian accent said they were lawyers and they were state investigation department and if I did not respond in 48 hours they would send legal officers to my door. Also called at work. Don't let them scare you into doing anything. They are a scam.

I have recieved about 30 calls; SAYING FROM ARLINGTON TEXAS from this phone number in the last three wks, every person knowing my name- work, home and cell numbers..and worst my social security number. everytime they have barely spoke english, but had american names...saying i owe them money and i have a law suit against me and if i didnt pay by phone immediately i'd be going to jail. I have told them my lines are recording & that this is harrassment , nothing works. I wish i knew how to stop this reidculous calls and I WOULD LOVE to know why they have all my personal information. I want to begin a law suit for harrassment.
i stopped answering these calls. they now leave voicemails..
LAST line of voicemail states "if you dont call me back then goodluck with your life and lawsuit you will go down"

They called me too and said the same nonsense, I'm in new york,,, they are a scam organization,,, deep indian accent...i called back and told them i reported them to attorney general and other legal offices and they cursed me out and hung up.  I then had about 20 friends call them and tell them the same.....they are scammers!

i reported these guyes to the fbi today they said they will look in to this for every body hope they catch these guyes and send them back where they come from!

some ariabian guy called and said i owed money to cash express then he got nasty and starting to threaten me with law suits and warrents its all a scam i been blowing up there phone and giving them thhe same treatment but now they wont answer i guess they dont like the bull either so be ware of these ariabians scam

Received a call from a Vera Norton (could be wrong, VERY broken English ) stating that they received an affidavit and allegations against my social security number and that it was very serious and that it was a state legal investigation and they want to help me but it is time sensitive and that very soon my social security number is going to become black listed.   What is even wierder is they called me at my work as well. They only gave the last 4 of my social and I hope that's all they have. They are from Texas and I live in Ohio.  If it was a state legal matter I am pretty sure they know where to find me.

Just ignore, and if you have caller ID  don't pick up.  I answer and then hang up on them they get the message after awhile and just go away.  They are con people and nothing that they are doing is legit.

they have called me 6 times this morning threatening me and leaving threatening messages  on my phone.... how do i stop them?

they have called 3 times this am and at my work, guy says his name is Chris Mathews with an accent.  I will not return the call and anyone who does don't fall for their scam.  this is just a bunch of crap.  They are trying to get money from people illegally, of course the fault is mine since I did take out a payday loan and once you do that they can get your info and start there scam!

This is ridiculous, my local police department will not do anything about this harassment! They tried contacting us months ago on my parents number and we just ignored it after looking up a new york phone number and finding out it was a scam. Now they have our home phone number and last week harassed us from two different california numbers until I blocked them. Today they called from this texas number that I blocked and then called back, but it showed on my caller ID as "unknown 911". The local police still won't do anything. Just told me not to answer numbers i don't know, but what if it is someone I do know who has an emergency! I shouldn't have to change my number, and I shouldn't have to make my phone unusable either! I have gone to the FTC site and complained, I really don't know if that is going to do me any good. I am not going to let them continue to get away with this. This is my phone line that I pay for, if it does not stop I will be contacting a lawyer so I can prosecute who ever the hell this is!

I have been receiving calls from this number and they are calling my work. They told me that they would see me in court. I have told them to quit calling me especially at work but they said that they would keep on calling me at work. They say that I owe for a cash advance in which I know nothing about. When they called my work they told them that they had a lawsuit against me. How do you get them to quit calling?

I have received several calls from this number.  Today he left a message saying he is Officer Mike Anderson and that he needed my attorney or myself to call immediately due to a time sensitive matter.  I called back today and they said I had a pass due Cash Advance.  I tried to be nice and explained to him that I did not have one.  He then started shouting at me to pay my bills and I would not have to worry about him calling.  He is very heavily accented so sometimes he is hard to understand.  When I explained I was not going to pay him any money he cussed me out and hung up.  He now is calling about every 30 minutes and hanging up.  I have reported this to the FTC and my local police.

this number has called and harrassed me several times!!! He "Sam Taylor" started by callin my work...which i was working that day...harrassing my boss and my fellow employees....he told my boss she was going to jail too. It got to the point where our hr manager had to call the law out...the police even threaten to put a warrent out for his arrest and he still keep calling every 3 min. I had to come to work on my day off to explain to the police that i did not have a cash advance loan. They tried to trace the call but could not keep him on the line long enough...my company is pressing charges!

this number has called me numerous times threatening me stating i was going to be arrested for not paying a loan that i never had. these people have my personal info some how and have even called my job! i have called the company they said they were calling on behalf of and they stated it was a scam! i have told these people not to call me and cussed them out and they still continue to call!

alf contacted me saying that i owe money . they have been contacting me now for the past 4 months . a few times they have contacted me also i was threatened as well of being sent to jail if i did not pay what i owe   . i do not owe anything  i do not feel i should be called everyday for a debt i do not owe .even after i told him i do not owe anything they refused to listen to me . most days the would call me four or five times in a day . and they don't even tell you who you owe this alleged money to .they just say that they aren't at liberty to tell me .the whole thing stinks of a scam .theres one guy in particular who makes the calls and when i call him on the carpet on how many times he calls he denies it

I got a call from a chris matthews who by the way was not american not to be rude and all but this guy had a real american name he left me a voice mail saying I had a pending lawsuite and that they had my ss# when I called back a attorney sam answerd me he was from american law firm I told him I had already talk to the attorney generals office and file a police report so if he did not leave me alone I would file a law suite against them and he hung up.....

RECEIVED A CALL TODAY FROM MIKE KRUGER WITH AMERICAN LAW FIRM STATING THAT I OWED ALOT OF MONEY AND THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK TO DISCUSS IN GETTING PAID BACK THROUGH THEM I STATED THAT I DO NOT OWE ANYBODY ANY MONEY EXCEPT FOR MY NORMAL MONTHLY BILLS IN WHICH I AM CURRENT.
