Got a call this morning.

This is scary. I did apply on line for a loan. But decided against when I saw the USURY rates. So these scoundrels also have my bank information?

Yes these people are at it again. Calling from different numbers and I have had it with these people. Sounds like Indian or Mexican people. Lets get this stopped!!!!!

Yes - I agree.  Got two calls today from 817-510-6308.  Mr. Sanders from Hudson law office.  There are 3 complaints filed against me.  Knew my last 4 of social also.  I was to call back on 206-279-6308.  Tried to call and it just kept ringing.  These are total scammers trying to steal your info.  I just had to change banks because of crap like this.  I have reported to local police, FTC and the State Banking commission in my State.  They tell me they don't even have a license and are highly illegal.  It reminds of Peggy from USA prime credit.

I've got 4 different numbers for this same law firm and only one that will ring and go through. I've been threatned that they are sending the cops to my place of employment when I ask for paperwork. That they can suspend my licence. All sorts of thing. I was dumb enough to give them what they wanted. Which was my card info. Thankfully they called me today. Wanting more money but knew nothing about the "OTHER LAW SUIT" that they had on me. Same name of John Smith. And David somthing when I ask for someone who can speak english. So I was able to cancel my card and close my account before they got anything from me. I reported to my local police station. It is a scam. They can not do anything they threaten of you.

This number called me but received a call from another number from same perso different state i believe theses #'s are purchased for scams as well

This number has been calling my phone for 2 days. When I answer, no one is there. Called again today guy spoke very poor english (strong Indian accent). While most of the conversation was unintelligible, he told me I was being sued for a payday loan. I informed him I never had a payday loan. He then transfered me to his "Senior attorney". Again poor english was spoken which I could not understand. I finally told him to fax the complaint to me and I will have my attorney review it. He then hung up.

This is definitely some type of scam!

Ignore it is a scam law firm called Hudson & Morgan. They stole your information from a database when you signed up for a payday loan. They will threaten you with arrest and lots of other things. It is illegal and I recommend that you go to www.FTC.gov and file a complaint everytime they call. Eventually they will be shutdown, until then it is just an annoyance....Happy Holidays!

So this number had called me around 4 am this morning, didn't tend to answer and had left me an disturbing voice message stating that there is 3 lawsuit filled against me to call JACK HALL?!! BROWN?!! WHICH BY THE WAS HE HAD SUCH POOR ENGLISH HE HAD IT WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND!! and correctly stated my 4 last digits of my SSI#. WHAT THE HELL!! thereafter he called back left two voice messages sounded very aggressive assuring me to call back!! around 3 pm today i had called this number back, straight to a voice mail hung up, a minute after the number appears to be calling me back, i had finally answered a guy with such bad english try'd to get information out me after giving him very rude response and questions he had hung up ON ME!!  this number is in process of being INVESTIGATED!! SO MISTER WHOEVER YOU ARE!! READ THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN BECAUSE WE WILL EVENTUALLY FIND OUT WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOUR UP TO!! QUIT WITH THE SCAMS AND ANY IDENTITY THEFT  YOU HAVE OR ARE CAUSING. ITS GONNA GET YOU HANG CUFF AND ARRESTED!! ITS 2010 GOING ON 11 THE FEATURE HAS MUCH BETTER TECHNOLOGY TO FIND CRIMINALS LIKE YOU OUT THERE!!
