There new number is 773 653-4530 and they sometimes call and the # is not complete. 773-643-530. So I knew it was a scam.  Be aware of these Indian guys like Ray carter or Adam smith.

here is my problem i done one of the online payday loan things and i did get my 300 dollars in my checking account which i gave all of the information to the loan place online(which i cant find online anymore) so i set it up to where 90 bucks would come out of my checking account every two weeks well they got their first payment of 90 dollars and then because of my moving and working conditions i switched banks forgetting all about it. well a month later a guy from some agency stating his name was eric foster attorney of crimminal investigations  told me the loan company was going to put a lawsuit on me if i did not pay, so that day i went an payed 90 dollars and kept on paying him every two weeks for over 2 months.well i owed him 175 and he said if i payed that i would never hear from him again so i was weak and paid it well the very next day he called me back saying my account had un payed intrest so i was like crap an payed him 175 more and he swore hed stop calling me, he would call 30 times in a row and finally stop till a few hours later. so i was thinking you know if you borrow 300 dollars there would be intrest so i did it. well the next day he calls wanting 125 dollars for a attorney fee and just keeps harassing me and i dont know if its real or not i cant get him to send me anything in the mail or anything . i told him i could not afford to pay him anything else then he starts telling me he will not pay the money i sent him to my pan if i dont pay him, i have my last few recipets an money cards i paid him with so im scared to death ill go to jail cause i did get 300 for a loan an idk

Just got a call from this number . . . no message.  However, I have been receiving threatening calls about a pay day loan.  Which I don't have and I have never co-signed for anyone to had one.  This is a scam and they call several times a day.  They are taking different approaches by using this number.  Usually I get an 800 number of some kind and the leave a voice mail message.  Maybe they are about to come get me or pursue legal actions.  Go ahead . . . I don't owe anything to pay day loans.

received a call on my cell phone about my father in law owing money . that lawyers where involved and the police said his name was Mike Cooper wantind 500.00 dollars.  My father in law is in bad health this man threated to take his diability check.When i asked who he owed this money to he said he didnt know.  The last phone call he told him it was do or die who do these people think they are ...they wanted my checking account and credit card when i refused he gave me 15 minutes to go to walmart and buy a prepaid card ...he had a heavy accent couldn't understand him

I received a call at my place of employment and a gentleman left a message saying he was calling from a state investigation dept. I called back at 1-817-510-7616 and he said he wanted my lawyer's number so they could fax over documents that "I was in big trouble". Yes he did say that to me, I almost laughed in his face. I said that I had no idea what he was talking about. I kept asking him who he was and where he was calling from. He finally said something about the crime dept at the FBI. This man could barely speak english and I hope he didn't think I actually fell for any of his bull.  I said he had the wrong number and hung up.

go to bANk get charge back..fill up yhe charge back form and withing 15 days u get all money in ur a/c

After asking the person for some information and the attorneys state legal bar code number the person be became angry and started to curse at me and hung up.

This guy has been calling my wife etc for me.. he finally called me a few times in last few days. Now he is regretting it. I just keep calling him back. Asking his name what his law firm is etc. He keeps hanging up. Has called me a mother F several times to which I gave him a response he wasnt expecting. Then he started telling me how he loves me and likes talking to me. So i which I just responded great now we can answer questions. I have pretty much forced him to keep his phone turned off. He threatened to call the police for harrassment which I begged him to please do so, so that we could get some stuff sorted out.

He is a guy name David warner and he is having heavy voice ... and i knw he is scammer who kees on saying again and again about that i have done cyber crime

First, do not ever send money to anyone that says that you owe them money by telephone.  Second, anyone that is LEGITIMATELY suing you will have you served with a petition and citation, whether by process server or mail.  Third...what people don't know is that the collection agency buys debt from the credit card company, bank, etc. for pennies on the dollar.  What the collection agency tries to do is recover their own money from the debt.  If you did not originally incur the debt with the collections agency, you do not have to PAY them.  You incur the debt with the bank, credit card company, etc.  You have to pay them...not the collections agency.  
People get scared when these awful collections people use words like "investigation" "attorney" "federal" or "press charges"....do not be afraid.  You know who you owe and who you don't.  Also...do not be afraid to use the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act to your advantage.  It's there for you...Reply !

Called my work x22 times stating that it's an important call.

These "people" are calling from two different numbers that I know of now.  I am fixing to contact the FBI and turn them in.  From what I have been reading this scammers have been doing this for a long time now. I wish my phone I have now was to where I could block their calls...

This same group has called my phone at work and cell and have called my relatives. Someone is selling information and these people are getting it. They have told me the same scenario and I have told them I am reporting them. I have already called my bank security and made them aware of the calls. This is a scary thing and I would like them to pay for harassing innocent people.

I got a call from this 817-510-7616 saying to call them back or my attorney.  So I called back and it was someone with a Bad Indian/Middle Eastern accents tell me that I owe a medical bill of $735.00 and its beening going on for  6 months and  then he said that they have tried contacting me by email. If I don't pay with in 48 hours I be arrest and federal charges would be brought agaist me

I have recieved the same message from these to indian or foreign guys. I have told then several times that I haven't taken out any payday loans on internet or anywhere else. they refused to send me anything in writing. they have been calling me for over a year now from all different type of area codes and will never verify my social just my address and name. They state that they are from America Law firm Federal Bureau something I have googled and nothing has come up. advised them that if they don't provide info in writing I will turn them into attorney general and FDCPA. Advised I handle things like this for a living  and if they call back they will be dealt with.

got 4 calls from these ppl saying that they will have the sheriff come to my office I will be arrested.

Rose... I just called there number after business hours. They have a "Magic Jack" Voice Mail number. A real law firm or Debt Collection company would not have this type of phone service. Rose you must be part of this scam if you think they are here to help

well i went to the local police macomb county to be exact and its a huge scam and before i came up there they already started an investigation so who ever said that they went to the fbi already ur lieing thru ur teeth

Scammers.  Bad Indian/Middle Eastern accents, with the same script that has been used forever.  That cannot and will not sue you, send the police, come to your work, do anything to you.   Just hang up on them.  Or, sign up for Google Voice and prank call them to death!   I hear that the numbers they give you to call them back on are very often pre-paid cell phones....use them minutes up! :)

Good that I searched this number, however i find it odd that a straight talk phone ad popped up on the pages too because i just got a new straight talk phone... I had straight talk are not selling their customer imformation.
