I have been getting harrassing phone calls from this phone number sayin I owe money for cash loans...said his name was Allen Turner. They even called my work and I told them they were full of crap..because I have not taken out any cash loans and said do not call me at work...then a half hour later another call came in and same thing...I hung up after telling them I was going to turn them if they do not stop calling me. He called back right after that. I said give me your  name and number I am turning you in...just a name no number, but got this number from my voicemail. I am going to give the info to a cop we know like a friend of mine told me to do. She said they never called again after they did the same  to her.

I received a phone call from this number saying that I had an unpaid loan.  It was from the legal department saying when it was time to pay back the loan there was an insufficent funds from the bank.  So I ask the guy to send me a copy of the written documents of when I agreed to the loan to begin with but he told me that he couldn't.  I've gotten these call before it always guy who says that his name is Bob White and he has an indian accent to have the time I can't understand what he is saying.

It's a scam do not answer their calls or give them any money. They have been doing this for years. Just ignore the calls and they will go away.

I have been getting calls from this number!

Called over and over. Said his name was Alex. Left a voicemail once I blocked the number. Told me idly was time sensative. Why hasn't anyone put a stop to them if this is a consistent problem??? couldn't even understand what beheaded saying. ??

Repeated calls from this number  ! Leaves a voice mail instructing me to call back or have an attorney contact them because the matter is "extremely time sensitive" , Man speaks with broken english and states to be a David White .

So, they are REQUIRED to supply you with proof of the debt if you ask in writing....which they never will because they know that in most states it is ILLEGAL for them to even operate.  The minute you pay them ONE PENNY, you are basically admitting you owe the debt.  DO NOT give these scammers ANY banking or debit card info....they can and will remove funds at will.  If you have a cell, simply USE YOUR BLOCK FEATURE.  If you cannot do the block feature, then buy an airhorn...they arent just for sports anymore!!!

I got a very early call before 8:00 am, from an officer of the court with very broken english that I have a lawsuit pending, I have been getting these calls for 3 years now and I am beyond upset and angry.  I have been called from around the US and I am collecting most of the numbers, New York, Texas, Colarado, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio and so forth all with the same threat and most of the time the calls are when no law firm would be calling and you can hear the switch board in the background.  They are just annoying especially when they wake me up in the morning.

These scammers need to stop calling and harrassing people. There needs to be something done about this. I am way past annoyed.

An individual by the name of Paul just called me regarding a legal matter for US Cash Advance and a lawsuit is pending.  He wanted to connect me with supervisor to discuss further.

Same number has been calling me and said i owed money to check n go, but i called check n go and they told me they have their own collection department which is a 1800 number...Check and Go stated that to report them for fraudulence if they call

This number has been calling me for the past couple of days. Saying that I owe money for a loan that I never made. Could you please tell this number stop calling me. Thank you.
