Hi, I am an AccuLinQ customer.  See their website at www.acculinq.com.  I've been using their calling card service for years and it has saved me a bundle (I mean hundreds of dollars) calling locally, long distance and world wide.  The number 817-0520-0300 currently displays on the receiver's caller ID when I originate a call using the AccuLinQ service.

My boyfriend called me from this number from "Canada". But the area code is Fort Worth Texas. Are you sure it's a calling card- and can it be used in Canada?

This company is a muti-level telecomunication company named Southwest iNet.  I found their website, and found most of their numbers will give you a fast/busy sound.  The only number I could get through to was their customer service number 1-800-821-0925.  I informed the nice young man that his company was breaking all sorts of laws by calling people on the do-not-call registry, and using the type of rotating phone call system they use (you pick up, but no one is there, unless you wait for them to come on the line). They should be called and reported to the bureau.
