Avoid answering their call, it is just waste of time and they just are trying to sell their vacation club.

THE 5TH TIME THEY CALLED OUR HOME I WAS SUPER RUDE TO THE LADY..I TOLD HER I WAS NOT INTERESTED..THAT WAS A WEEK AGO AND I'M STILL GETTING CALLS..LUCKILY I HAVE CALLER ID..THE CALL COMES UP AS 'SILVERLEAF RESORT'

It is from silverleaf resorts,  usually you guess how many baseballs are in the glass case or something like that and they try to give you a good deal for 3days and 2 nights at a place like the great wolf lodge. Does any of this ring a bell?  When you fill out their paper they want quit calling.  Thing about is when I did this I knew better.

Have gotten several calls but they have never left a message.  Tried to *60 block them but the phone company won't let me block these kind of calls anymore. Wonder Why ???   I will be calling Verizon to find out why I'm paying for a service that doesn't work like it did when I signed up for it 24 years ago.

This caller called me nine times in two days.  The ID shows unknown name...  When i call back, get same operator telling me to dial a 1 or 0.....Anyone know?

Has anyone actually went up there to claim a so-called prize ?  I get called at least 6  times a day.  Its annoying.

They call everyday at least 2  times a day. I am glad that I found this web site to help me figure out who it is.

This caller will call me at least twice in one day.  I answered one time and they asked to speak w/ a "johnny" and I told him that he had the wrong number.  Today, they called AGAIN.  When i try to call this number back, it is a an operator telling me that I must dial a "1" or "0" in order to get it to work.

The number belongs to Silver Leaf Resorts....I probably signed up for something somewhere, and if you're here.....so did you...

Silver Leaf Resorts sounds correct, I responded to one of those You've won a free mercedes, trip, cruise or a $39,95 trinket we can't get rid of prize and I didn't committ to a time frame for the visit -----  so they decided instead of having someone call and leave a message they will hook me up to computer and call incessantly,,,,,    sure could use an air horn for this one...

some resort crap, same thing.  I supposedly won something and I'm supposed to go pick it up, it's a time share scam.

This number is from an awards verification place i only know because i got a postcard telling me to call them . so I did and then i had to have them call me back and now they call at least twice and hour and they wont say anything when I answer

My husband has had the same problem, So I called them up off an internet number I got from their website and got their corps. number. Here it is to stop the calls. 1-888-476-0991 They are opened from 8-5 central time. Good luck.

Well I live in Dallas Texas and I filled out for some prize one day while taking the kids to play Putt Putt. This company (Silver Leaf) is just tryin to sell you a time share. They told us we had won one of four prized and all we had to do us come for a 90 minute tour to claim one of four prizes on a scratch off ticket. We went ahead and got the information to verify we didn't waist our time. The offe tWas real. We won two vacations. They do require you to have your own transportation, but all in all it was worth the 90minutes and $10 gas. I am a college student and hes a single parent, so we wouldn't rightfully be able to afford a trip for two to anywhere! They didn't try to push him too much into the timeshares probably because they figured he couldn't afford it (they were right), but we got an almost free trip. At least I'll hve my first spring break on a cruise to Jamaica!! I would have never alled bak and figured it for an all put scam but it's the holidays and I'd rather waist 90 minutes than miss out on anything free...

I filled out a sweepstakes at Six Flags over Texas. They call me everyday. Once before I talked to someone at Silver Leaf, but didn't show up for the tour (2 hour drive from me). It is very frustrating. Now when I answer they don't even say anything.

I answered but there was total silence, then I could hear someone breathing but not saying anything... creepy

THey claim to be an awards center?

I've received several calls from this 817/525.1027 as well as 817/525.1028.  They don't respond when the phone is answered and call 4-5 times a day.  I'm on the Do Not Call list and truly sick of them.  What good does do for us to be apart of the Do Not Call list if everyone still has access to your information and don't follow the rules?

I JUST MADE AN APPTMENT FOR NEXT WEEK BUT GAVE A CONTAC TEL NUMBER WITH IN THE NYC POLICE DEPT. WHERE A FAMILY MEMBER WORKS. LETS SEE IF THEY GET THE SAME HARASSING CALLS.  I GOT A LETTER BUT WISH I WOULD HAVE CHECKED OUT THIS SITE FIRST.  IF I HAD MY WIFE WOULDNT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TALK ME INTO CALLING THEM.   I WISH I COULD SEE THE FACE OF THE PERSON WHO CALLS TO VERIFY MY APPT WHEN THEY ANSWER "POLICE DEPARTMENT".  THANKS TO ALL FOR YOUR POST AND COMMENTS.  I SURELY WONT BE ATTENDING.

Okay I have a question about this whole situation. I have been getting the same number calling me multiple times a day, everyday. I finally answered and told the lady to please take my name off their data base, and she said she would. No more than 2 minutes later my cell phone rings again and its the same thing! I start yelling and cursing at the man on the other end and he has the nerve to tell me, "Sir, cursing on an open line is against the law!" I almost blew up with frustration, but I hung up instead. Is it against the law to curse at people who are calling after I've told them to stop?

I get the message that it's AVC Travel, as I once answered and they no longer leave messages nor provide a website. I cancelled my appointment due to scam research, and they consistently try to have me reschedule. A proper company would leave some type of message (including recorded) or website, but they don't. I decline answering their calls, whatever number it may be.

I have recieved several of these calls. Just one ring sometimes two. Does not give me enough time to answer but they are annoying, calling several times in the past two days. 1-817-525-1027, 1-817-525-1024. Don't know how they got my cell number because I have not filled out any sweepstakes forms with it. I am on the no-call list too.

get at least 10 calls every day from this number.  I have repeatedly told them not to call, but to no avail.
I've been on the National Do Not Call List, so I don't know why I even get these calls.
