Just got a phone call from someone by the name of Rickey Nunez. I stated that I was going to have a warrant for my arrest on Monday in my home town. If I owe someone I try to pay them.  I say bring it on. I am ready to go to court if I have to to stop this.

This is a total scam.   Unfortunatly ran into some difficult times and had to feel out a loan application online.  this guys buys the information from websites.  He threatened me just the same, so I let him have it.  He's the scum of the earth to take advantage of people.  He's using VOIP so he can be anywhere in the world.  I make it an effort to call him back everyday just to waste his time.  I figure if I'm taking up his time he can't be stealing from someone else.  If you ever have a doubt google the number.

These ppl are calling me and harassing me at work saying the are going to issue a warrant out for my arrest if I didn't call them. They sound like a foreign person. They have done this befr and quit for awhile and now they are doing this again.

I have had the same thing. I have some guy that sounds like he is from India telling me his last name is Nunez. He has all my Info and tells me if I don't pay this money today they will arrest me and I will lose my job. They call on a weekend or Holiday.

I had the same number and he changes his name every month. I owe money also and was dumb enough to believe him the first time and now he keeps calling. Sad thing is im a single mom and my loan is paid off because it is a scam, I reported him to the police but there is nothing they can do because he is not in the country. SO annoying!!

It's a scam. The same name crops up all over this site. Ignore him. Or report it to your local Police.

A man by the name of Kevin keeps calling from 817-554-3539.he says I owe money for a loan.He cant  tell hme how much the loan was for.He just said I have to give him 1200,Or someone will file criminal charges on my social and I will be served with papers on my job.
