So, here is a new twist on everyone's complaints.  I received a call today from Derek Woods who stated he was with a law firm that was coming to"investigate my small business for writing bad checks". (By the way, I don't write bad checks!!) He went on and on about an investigation, the IRS, etc., and how he was coming to inspect our personnel and income tax files!  We are a small (and I mean small) business; my son called me and I came in immediately. Mr.Woods called back and when I questioned him, he got irate with me stating that my son ordered t shirts and refused payment.  It all came back to me! A month ago someone from Allstate Industries called me about this; stated that there was an order pending and that I needed to confirm it.  I told them that we did not do business over the phone.  So, today, this idiot threatens me that he would be sending me to collections.  I paid the $149.00 he stated we owed, as I cannot afford to go to collections whatsoever; and also gave him a piece of my mind - as well as advising him I would be pursuing this issue. .  
So, a word to the wise:  Continue to avoid this company like the plague!  I will be sending my complaints into the BBB as well as the Attorney General of NM and my Senators and Congressmen - if only to get these folks' name out in the public as a non-reputable business.  Oh, by the way, did I tell you I am a widow and my business is all I have?  Funny how these scammers seem to know how to target folks like me.  In addition, the threats this man made are probably very illegal in that he impersonated a private investigator from the government.  I will also be looking at all other means to get my plight out in the business community using any social media source I can!   Be clear and stay away!!!

I am so sorry that you really believe that a company should give your company or the other HUNDREDS of two bit companies that call out of the goodness of their hearts to sell is their cheap crap.  If we want your company to call then we will ask you to call by calling YOU FIRST.  In case you were not understanding why people post to these sites, it is because you people are wasting our time that we should be spending with our customers!!! You are keeping our phones busy with your BS so that our customers can not get through.  Maybe your company have live people on the phone but most are computerized.  When everyone on these site are saying to you that WE DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU, it is because WE DO NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU.  There is NOTHING  that your sell representative is going to say that will change our minds!!!!

Maybe if the sales people were the least bit nice I might listen.  The person who called me, wouldn't even introduce herself, only wanted to talk to my husband.  We own and run the business together, and I do most of the promotional work.  With the tone and attitude of the salesperson who called me, they can forget any business from us.  I choose to work with courteous salespeople who don't play games.

They called, the caller ID said "Dialer Three" and the number was 817 945-32-78.
They said they were Allstate and to call 8175813749. Asked to speak to the owner, would not tell me about what even when I asked more than once. Will tell them to take the number off their list.

The same company called me with Allstate Indus on the caller id.  It was a man with a southern accent wanting to know if my husband was home.  I politely asked "may I ask who is calling?".  He said his name and asked if we were still in business to which I asked "what company do you represesent?".  He then replied "good lord! woman.....I'll get someone else to deliver this load".  He made it sound like he had business for us since we own a trucking company.  Then he hung up.  What a rude man.  We got the call from 214-716-0092, not the 817 number

You are full of s***, and I don't give a s*** about you or your company or your services. I've asked numerous time nicely to have my name taken off your call list as well as left messages with a civil tone - yet your company continues with its annoying calls

Is this really Allstate?  As in, the Insurance Company?  Because there is absolutely no reason they should have been calling us.  I'm skeptical.  The Caller ID read "Allstate Indust"  (assuming industries).

T-Shirt company. I'm on the do-not-call list and they keep calling.

Some guy called and asked to speak to the owner of our company but refused to tell me what it was regarding and acted extremely obnoxious. Don't waste your time with these people. Just hang up.

I answered their call one time and told them I was not interested.  They waited about 10 days before calling again.  Now I just don't answer their calls anymore.

To the first poster...it is not Allstate Insurance but an advertising firm out of Texas, trying to promote your business with printed items

Thought I'd call back to see if someone will answer and actually speak to me (previous time I tried they answered "Allstate Industries, can you hold please?" and then hung up on me).  

I said someone called this morning after 7 am and literally woke me up.  She said they're allowed to call contractors that early, it's the best time to call them.  I said my number is unlisted and a residential # and on the DO NOT CALL list, but she said that my # is associated with the business and that they have the right to call that early!  The only place I can think that it is, is when we registered the business with the State. Otherwise all connections to the business is not with my personal home #.  They are totally going against FCC rules.

I asked what sort of company they are, and as a previous poster said -- printing, imprinting of t-shirts etc.  I told her we use VistaPrint (ha ha).  She said she would take us off the list.  I told her I was contacting the FCC.

Just try to say when they call again to "take me off your list or put me on the "do not call" list.  But I doubt it will be the end of this...

Calls early in the morning!

I've been getting calls from Allstate Industries on a daily basis. I do not answer the calls. My phone number is also on the Do Not Call list. From reading the other posts, it appears this company is very aggressive. They may think this is an admiral trait, but I don't. Any company that tries to intimidate people to buy from them is not a company that I would ever do business with. The nasty responses they have posted to the complaints listed here show just what type of people they are.

These people call this business.  When they finish their little spill on the new catalog and go on about a free gift and such.  They ask for my full name.  When I ask them who they are and what they plan on sending, they hang up.  Not just once have they done this, but everytime they call they do.  So I did a little research on my own and found their toll free number.  It has a live operator and I confirmed that the "Steve" that hung up on me is there, but they won't let me through.  So every once in a while I pick up my phone and call them let them go through their entire " how the hell are you " and hang up on them.  Two, three, four times a day.. enjoy!  So all others that are tired of this here is their number... 1-866-409-6410... Have fun on their dime and show them how it feels.  Be creative please  :)

ah, VistaPrint! That's it. I couldn't figure out where/how they got me on their list, and that's it. I use vistaprint a lot, but this will make me rethink that...

This company has been calling us everyday for the last month before 7:30am.  My husband answered the phone on one occasion only to be greeted by a rude Telemarketer. My husband simply told him he was still sleeping and questioned the Telemarketer about why he was calling before 8am. The Telemarketer asked my husband why he wasn't up yet and said "obviously he(my husband) wasn't running his business well if he was still sleeping at 7:30 in the morning" and then hung up on us.  My husband doesn't normally sleep in(not that its any of their business) but.....my mother in law had been very ill and had just passed away the previous day and we were up until all hours the night before. My husband has a business trip in the Fort Worth area in the next few weeks and will be paying them a visit to personally demand to have his name taken off their list.

Is Vista Print selling their customer info?  I've ordered business cards from them previously, but strange thing is that home based business is my cell phone #, planned so that I could control turning on and off calls outside of business hours.  This company called my home phone.  The ONLY way they could have gotten that number is through vista print, because my home # is the one associated with the credit card used to order the items through Vista Print.  If they had done a business search through state or county records, they would have called my cell.

No kidding, right? WE do the research to see who has the best prices for the promotional items we order.

Blah, blah, blah. Your employees are brusque. I suggest training seminars. And we have registered our phone numbers to the do not call registry, which DOES apply to businesses.

Wow, calling your would be customers "Commie B*****ds" is such a great sales tool. Some people don't have just a 9-5 job, my job is 24/7, which means sometimes I don't go to sleep til 2 or 3 in the morning. So I think its obvious why I don't want a company from Texas calling me at 7:00 am, when it's 9 there, waking me up. Especially when most cities have a local business that provides the same service!

Hey Don, after 100 calls every day I would think your so called company would get the hint! Also I ran 175 min over my 3000 min plan last month and was charged .30 per min. I would like your so called companies address so I can send them a bill for my overage. Or an even better idea would be for me to call them @ home 10 times a day until they pay my bill.
