I've  benn receiving numerous harassing  calls both at work and home for atleast 2 years now  from the 817-668-4140,760-262-0908, 818-538-9546 and 724-909-1455 numbers just to name a few. It's been a vicious cycle  of numbers that their calling from. This "Central Affadavit Services" claims I've faultered on a PDL and that I will loss my job and go to jail if I don't pay them the money that I owe. I've threaten them on several occasions, but they only hang up to start all over again in a few weeks.  I'm not sure how, but i plan on taking actions and seeing it to the end.

They convienced me that I realy owed money & stupid me gave them $200.00.  I wont do it again. it is a scam.

i dont thhnk file reports dose any good they cant catch them they route # through diferant places if everybody just keeps calling them back and hastleing themthey cant call anyone else

This company is calling one of my cell phones stating we have an unpaid loan with them and harassing me.  I threatened them with a harassment lawsuit if they call again so indeed I hope they keep calling so I can sue the s**t out of them....

They have been calling me and my family saying I took out a loan that I did not. They are telling me all the same stories they are telling everyone else. It is a HUGE scam! Don't listen to them. The numbers showing up on my caller id are 0000 and 832 519-8180.

I am getting calls from this number 832-519-8180, they called over 10 times in a row the other night, so last night I answered, took a message, then today when he called back I answered, said I wasn't available nd would take a message and questioned him he said there was a lawsuit against my social security number, so i acted like I didn't understand him, I asked if he was a client that I represented, he got real quiet, then he said something about court, so I asked him if he was a client that I represented in court, he got real flustered and said just have her call this number. So when he calls back again, which i am sure he will I am going to continue the charade, and maybe scare him a little bit, I am also going to report his number to my cell phone carrier

I just got a call today as well from 832-519-8180.  This guy said his name is Robin Jackson from Central Affidavit Services in Fort Worth Texas.  The creepy thing is he has all of my personal information -- friends' names, my bank account number (that he repeated verbatim to me), etc.  I know this guy can't be for real, but what do I do?

After repeated calls, finally answered the call and the "Alex" changed his name and information immediately, when told that the FBI has been contacted about the harassment. "Alex" told me that he welcomed the FBI to come down to see him and provided an address of either 626 Sprewe Street, Fort Worth, Texas 75196 with a phone of 832-519-8180, when searching for this address, none came up. The language barrier is awful, with his heavy Indian accent. I asked him to spell the street and that is what he gave "Sprewe". I rain the number through Google and discovered through other victims that the address given to the was 66 Commerce Street, Suite 44, in Fort Worth, Texas..this returns to a transportation center. On the previous calls, "Alex" said his last name was Green, now it is "Eaker". In the background one can hear a lot of static and possible other callers in the room. The connection is very bad. He stuttered when questioned and provide no information. In the past has threaten to send "investigators" to my home and work. If he does they will be arrested for trespassing. Many victims believe that they are affiliates of Midland lenders and United Cash Loans, who have lured victims into accepting loans and even after many repayments they still go after the victim. Once I was told that these are illegal companies operating, I stopped business with them and changed my accounts numbers. I attempted to consolidate via a consolidation company but they refused and have written many letters to various attorney general offices who have concluded that they have no licensing of these companies.

I got a call from 914-481-3193, 916 395 0000 (for the 5th time today) and a 315 551 5643 . I have talked to a "Jason O'Conner" , "Dominique Spencer" and a voice mail from "Michelle Lewis" also other #'s 646-597-9030 and 760 851 0932 The 1st # is saying I owe $$$ for a loan with Advance cash USA....The loans I do have, I am already paying on and this one doesn't ring a bell.  This has to be some sort of a scam because nobody that calls can hardly speak english and it's all from and India sounding accent. You can hear a ton of folks talking in the background as well. I have talked to these folks before and I have asked for them to send me something that says what I owe for my own records. When I ask, all they say is that after the payment is made, then they will send something to me saying the debt is paid off. They will all want you to send them a faxed letter with all of your info on the letter stating that you plan on paying the debt owed and that they will take your case "away from the court". All my creditors have asked for stuff to set-up payment plans but not like what they are requesting. I have like 3-4 of them calling me a week since Jan on my cell and at work, this is insane. may need to just change my#. I have been threatened to be arrested and or sued. Calls to my cell and work #'s. F-these people....

The number I got yesterday was 914 481 3193  I spoke with Dominique Spencer....Indian accent so I doubt that's his real name anyhow.

THE NUMBER THAT THEY CALLED ME FROM IS 817-962-3509 GAVE ME HIS NAME AS JUSTIN MARTIN AND I HAVE BEEN RECIEVING EMAILS FROM SOMEONE WITH THAT NAME AND I NEVER OPEN THEM BUT AT ANY RATE SAID I GOT A PAY DAY LOAN HE KNEW MY SSN AND GAVE ME A CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER AT A BANK MY HUSBAND AND FATHER BANK AT BUT I DO NOT HAVE ACCOUNT THERE I ASK WHEN DID I GET THE LOAN HE SAID IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER AND I SAID WHAT DAY HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME A DAY I SAID GIVE ME A DAY HE SAID 2ND WK OF DECEMBER I ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR HE PASSED ME TO A BOB COOPER AND THEN PASSED ME TO A ALICE HARPER AT THE US BANK HE SAID AND THEN I ENDED UP WITH THEIR SENIOR ATTOURNY ANDY BROWN I WENT AROUND AND AROUND WITH THEM .THEY KEPT WANTING ME TO SETTLE THIS I SAID I WOULD GO THE BANK IN THE MORNING AND HAVE THE BANK GIVE ME A CERITFIED CASHIERS CHECK AND I ASK HOW MUCH I SUPPOSEDLY OWED THEM THEY SAID THEY DO NOT TAKE CHECKS I WOULD HAVE TO WESTERN UNION IT OR DEBIT THE MONEY TO THEM TO SETTLE A PAY DAY LOAN I DIDNT GET .

Hi. I having the same issues but it  was froma different number but the same company. They know all my info. Im so scared that theyre going to take money out of my acct. What did u do?

I recieved the same phone calls but my sister did take out a loan from amriloan in my name . Although she paid all this money back these scammers fooled me, a freshly young adult into thinking i was in a major debt and even bigger trouble with the law, of course with no criminal ties or anykind of bad run in with the law, I wanted to have this settled as soon as possible, the first guys said they were from "central Affidavit services" number on caller I'd showed up as many 0's but call back number on answering machine was 9546399159. They fooled me by reading back all my info ! Even my social ! They got me to give my card numbe and information for me to pay "to settle outside of court". How stupid was I?! But I knew something was up when i received harassing as well as threatening phone calls from a 3472893012(that was not the number on my caller Id). This man went by "Randy cross" very strong Indian accent as well and he was also very ignorant. He would not listen to a thing I had to say, used profound language, and kept switching where he was calling from, first the investigational crime something he made up, then the police station ... Seriously ! And he wouldn't let me speak to anyone else. I was still worried I might go to jail even though there was a huge doubt in my mind that they were real I didn't want to take that chance he had me to the point where I was in tears and didn't go into work that day ! I talked to my dad with him on 3way(Randy) and he Hung up then called back while still trying to get payments. When I then told him it was already settled and to send me written document he again got very angry and said Extremly offensive, horrible things. I am changing all of my card numbers before any payments can't be processed this is the hugest scam ever and I don't understand how these ppl can sleep at night. ! Beware !

Go to your bank and ask to change all of your acct info in fear that an Un-authorized comp may try to take money from Yur acct. They can't refuse to change that I would also get a new card

The number I have gotten calls from is 845-823-9941.  The name of the people I have spoken with are Justin Martin, Robert Brown, Steve Jones, and Bruce Miller.  None of them sound anything like these American names.  They have threatened to give me any information other than the company name, Central Affidavit Services.  They refuse to give any information about anything and say they will be sending it to a lawyer to prosecute.  I told them to go ahead and send it.  By the laws of the USA, they have to provide you with the company name, Tax ID number, address of the company, and the date of the alleged loan.  Failure for them to comply with providing these tidbits of information assures me that this is a true scam.  I have forwarded all of this information to the detectives from the state police to pursue this.  If everyone continues to force the issue with the law enforcement in your area, eventually these people will go down.

This guy keeps calling and harassing me at work and calls me names and won't leave me alone.  He uses vulgar language and obscenities.  What kind of supposed law firm does that????

Reports he is from Stanford Affivadavit saying i have an outstanding loan but have not applyed for any loans.

This number literally called my cell phone back to back 20 times last night. I was beyond upset. I never answered because I do not know what they are calling me for. If they continue to call me like that I will never answer. That is just nonsense. They never left a message just kept calling. My voicemail does not have a name so i guess they said they would keep calling until someone answers.

This number keeps calling too. Very rude and threatening. Called back to back soo many times we had to unplugged our phone. Left a message on our answering machine telling me they were from a crime department and even named off the last 4 digits of my ssn. VERY SCARY!

Calling about my sister and saying she had a loan that she never paid back.  When I began to ask him questions, he started to stutter and kept repeating that she need to call. I called them back and got a woman and asked her who she was and I was unable to understand her.  I asked her where she was located and she said Texas. I told her Duh, what part of Texas and she replied with who are you trying to call.  I told her that they were a scam and that they were not a legit business and to quit calling people with this bs and I hung up on her.  If they call again, I am going to give them a piece of my mind

I have received  numerous calls from this number on my cell phone as well as my home phone, my neighbor  got a phone call in regards to me, I told herto ingonore it. I am so tmepted to threaten them back, they even called my work wanting my number, they continue to call my home number  at least 10times, 10 TIMES... I ahve it on my caller id, I am just about sick and about to take them down, If I ever find out who they are, needless to say, I wish we could call them back the same way they do me... I wonder how they would like it?

This number keeps calling me.  They said I took out a loan and when I ask for documentation they say that they will provide me with documentation once I authorize them to take money from my account.  They have harrassed me telling me that they are going to take me to court and screw and that I have no money.  One guy even asked if I was a lesbian.  I am so beyond fed up.  I told them that they can see me in court and to stop harrassing me and sue already!!!!

This same number harrased me back in May and has been harrasing me for the past month. Today I asked them who they were, where they work, and thier address and they couldnt give me the address. They have called me 19 times in the past 10 minures! They also asked for my sister and my father's information. We told them we were calling the police and now I'm on hold to change my phone number. DO NOT ANSWER IF THIS NUMBER IS CALLING!!!!!

received a call at work form Central Affidavit Services 817-668-4140 regarding a payday loan which is being paid through a debt consolidation agency.  They threatened me that they would sue me.  I have filed a complaint.

Man with an Indian accent has been calling me for the last two weeks. I let it go to my answering machine and it is the same old message that my daughter has misappropriated funds from some agency(Central Laboratories Services), I think that's what he is saying,using my name as a reference.He claims his name is Eric Wilson. He says they will take action against me if I don't call them back. My daughter has not done anything. Do we have any recourse?

I received at least 3 calls from that number this morning. Could barely understand the person calling. I am sure that it was from a Philippino.

Recieved now two calls from them stating that my mother has an outstanding pay day loan that she has not paid back.  Told them that I will let her know and asked them not to call me back. They were very hard to understand.  At first it was some woman and she threatened me that if I didn't have her call that she would keep calling me and sue me.  Told her that I know the law and she is harrassing me and I will not stand for it. That even if someone put me down as a reference in no way shape or form would I be responsible for payment.  She threatened to sue me if I didn't have my mom call her back.  Asked her when did she supposedly take out this loan...at which point she put a man on the phone who started yelling at me telling me he wants to talk to my lawyer. Told him he would be the one having to answer to lawyers for harrassing me.  Asked for a number he gave me 832-519-8180 told him then why is 817-668-4140 coming up on my phone.  Told me he was in Texas...said fine then where in Texas are you and that I wanted a name other than the company which he said was Central Affidavit Service. He told me that I better get a lawyer as he was going to sue me....told him go for it, want your name and address and I will be contacting my local FBI, at that point he hung up on me.  Believe this to be a scam from another number that came up last week that I did a reverse look up on.

that number is calling me and claiming that i owe them money at a payday loan , i got calls from other ones like that from new york also i dont know how they got my information they even called my moms cell phone it is so harrassing and bothersome to me and my family
